Hello, I am extremely disappointed in my recent experience at one of your locations. My 2 younger brother ( both under the age 18). Went to go pay and pick up an order that they submitted online. When they went to location located at 335 Valley Rd West Orange NJ 07052 .. there where close to 5 employees working at the time and not even one even greeted my brothers until roughly 5-6 minutes passed.ANd they were the only customer at the store ( This is not the first time this location has done the to my brother , 2 weeks ago we had a similar experience) And Second what really really frustrates me is that they informed my younger brother that 17 they requires an ID to pay when utilizing q debit card. That when i intervene and requested to speak to a supervisor.. the supervisor informed that is correct, that an ID is required to pay with a debit card. This really really frustrates me because I've been use my debit card for close to 10 years and never been asked for an ID, My brother is under the age of 18 and has no legal ID only a school ID ( which why would he bring it to pay for pizza) and lastly my brother was in this same locations 2 week ago buying pizza and paid with his debit card and they did not ask for his ID. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that this location discriminated and refuse to serve my younger brother due to his age. I am extremely disappointed that this occurred at your store.

Awful service, I used to love domino's. But my experience hasn't been that great in the last year. The pizza is cold most of the times I ordered. The buffalo chicken or over cooked. Chicken taste like it as been frozen for years. The delivery is horrible. I used the tracker to track my order and it says 'delivered- I hope you are enjoying your pizza' I opened up my door. NO pizza! This is unacceptable. People pay money for there food and also tip the driver to be serviced cold pizza? Come on dominos get it together.

It has now been 2.5 hours since I placed my order. The staff won't answer the phone, have picked up and placed back on hold without saying anything. The pizza tracker has gone through 2 cycles with different times, clearly they lost it or never made it. This is what happens when you tip in advance. Poor customer service!

By far the worst Domino 's pizza in history. Customer service sucks. Waited almost 2hrs for a cold pizza, and the young lady Adelle is rude. She pretended to get the manager and hung up. Then she just continue to hang up once she sees my # on the caller id. You're in customer service you don't wanna deal with people complaints get another job. I'll be calling and writing your corporate office. I pay money for food I expect it in a sufficient amount of time, and hot. Both the manager on duty toady and Adelle could use customer service training, or be terminated. Either way neither one of them knows how to be professional.

I usually get their pizza, wings and chicken alfredo. For some reason, they started to only fill the pasta bowl halfway instead of three quarters..I wasn't very happy about that and felt it wasn't a lot of bang for your buck!

Don't waste your time, energy, money & calories on this place! Delivery takes almost two hours, and the food is always awful. I've complained to them several times, and yet nothing has been done. I have never received good food or good customer service from this location, and you probably won't either! Skip it....

I placed my order at 138pm. pizza delivered at 3pm. But the delivery guy left at 2:38pm. Pizza is ice cold. calles the store and spoke to a young girl that after requesting to speak with a manager she hung up the phone. called back twice to to be placed back on hold. without please hold please nothing. Spoke to wendy if that's her real name and she was just as rude. I order from this place all the time. Today will be last. they are rude, lack customer service and need to be retrained. when I asked for there names because I was going to call corporate. I was told "what are they going to do" wow some workers Domino's have working in the west orange location. the worst place to order from

I order domino's once in a while when I'm settled in at home and am looking to eat something like chicken alongside my pizza. I ordered a medium pizza with pineapple and bacon. On the pizza was barely any pineapple and some slices looked awfully meager. I also order their buffalo speciality chicken which is basically boneless chicken with buffalo sauce, feta cheese, and mozzarella melted on top. The chicken was very lackluster.. it almost reminded me of Mcdonalds chicken nuggets when they go cold - spongey and bland. The cheese was literally a huge glob and did not break apart as cheese generally should if melted properly. Delivery was an awful experience.. I waited over an hour on a Tuesday night and tried to use the Dominos tracker which the driver completely fibbed on! My tracker stated my pizza was "delivered" and hope you're enjoying when it was nowhere to be found. Frustrated I called the store twice to ask where my pizza is, since the tracker stated it had been delivered and the person who picked up almost gave me an attitude that there are a lot of deliveries and that I should "give it 15 more minutes". Overall.. I should have just gone to my local pizzeria but I was being lazy. After tip, delivery cost, etc.. I ended up spending probably the same amount to get a delivery at my local mom and pop pizzeria down the street. Next time, unless I'm picking up I won't be ordering delivery from this location.

When this location first opened we had a lot of issues. However, the past 3x we have ordered from there - our order has been PERFECT and FAST. We always have complicated orders with sauces, etc. and they always bring them. I don’t know what happened but keep up the good work!!!!!! We appreciate it.

I ordered food from here. They told me my food left a 1:40 it is now 3 o'clock my food still haven't came. Every time I call they put me on hold and then NEVER pick up. This place is COMPLETE TRASH. Needs all new employees or it should be shut down! It's disrespectful!

I was a good customer. I used to place an order almost every week or at least every other week. Then, all of the sudden, they had a problem delivering to my apartment building - a nice apartment complex is a very safe neighborhood. Instead of delivering to my door, the driver said I had to come out into the parking lot to pick up my order. Why am I being charged a delivery charge if I have to leave my home? I don't have to ask that question anymore, because there are other places to order food from.

I called the store when I had waited over the suggested time and the manager explained the driver was lost and new, but he would cal me in 1-2 minutes. I waited, and about 5 minutes later the driver called me. He explained he was unsure of my location and that he was following his GPS. I explained to him where my apartment complex is and there are 2 roads to use on either side of the complex. I also asked which road he took so I could better assist him and restated the building number and apartment number. As I was talking he hung up on me. I called the store after 3 minutes since the driver had not called me back. The woman on the phone was rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain my issue. I was so shocked at her lack of customer service and told her that I wanted to speak to a manager. I got the manager on the phone and he was annoyed that I called again and was breathing and sighing repeatedly. I explained the situation and that at this point it was well over an hour and a half, the food would be gross and my kids still unfed, so I wanted to cancel the order. I told him I was upset with the woman on the phone, the driver hanging up on me, and that my food was still not there. I wanted my money back and I would never order from that Dominoes again. I'm truly shocked at the behavior of the people. How can they expect repeat customers when they respond in that manner to a genuine issue. The manager said he would refund the money and it would take up to 48 hours. I have never been more disgusted with a pizza place before. I would like a call from corporate to ensure they have heard my concern. I don't want coupons, free food, or anything, just for some correction to that store so no customer ever has to be treated so poorly.

I used to love this pizza but lately the crust and the bread knots aren’t as soft, like the dough isn’t fully rising or it’s kneed too much... it’s not as risen, and it’s tough. But tonight was the worst, because on top of those issues, my food was cold �. Then I gave the driver a 20 dollar bill for a 16 dollar order and he wanted to keep the 4 dollars change as tip�. After I waited forever for my cold pizza to come �. Oh and the cinnamon knots were dry. Like there was barely any cinnamon sugar. I spend the same money rather the food is amazing or horrible, that’s what angers me.
