Very satisified with service, saved hundreds over dealer cost for installation of brakes and rotors. They also found and traced the source of a tiny coolant leak and filmed a video of it so I could go to dealer and get warranty repair. Owner very professional, will definitely go there again!

Had a tire that was losing air. They fixed for my wife immediately. About a week later the same tire began to lose some air. They said their previous fix didn’t work. The fixed it with more better but more expensive method and deducted cost of first repair. We really appreciated the way they handled it and we are very glad they are our garage and we recommend them to others. An example of how great garage works

Friendly service, detailed diagnosis, great prices. I had an appointment for a Friday morning, they let me drop it off on Thursday. They managed to look at it early and fix it by Friday afternoon. Will definitely use them again.

I am somewhat new to Prospect Auto. I finally got fed up paying ridiculous prices to get our cars fixed at the dealers and gave these guys a try based on my friends recommendation. I am so happy I did.
They are responsive and have a great quote approval system that is easy to use, so I know what i'm getting into before they start working on our cars.
I'm really happy with the service!

I’m so happy that Prospect Auto was recommended to me. Derrick and his team are professional, fair and honest. I love the way their overall system of communication works, and how they professionally write out each issue and then take the time to review and explain what they find and how we can move forward or not. I never felt any pressure, and feel confident in the work that was done on my car. I am trying to hold on to this car for a few more years and knew it was time to give up running to the dealership. So, I am glad to have found this service station. I highly recommend it.
