Great experience, very kind and helpful staff that seem happy and get along well with each other and costumers alike. I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down

The staff at this five below , in Essex Green shopping center of West Orange, NJ, is awesome. The manager does a great job. They were polite to people during the holidays and tried to eliminate problems, despite issues with website orders. The store website caused so much confusion with my order and I not happy with Five Below at all. However, the manager handled my issue with professionalism and empathy and did her best to solve the problem. She found a way to help and I was thankful.
