I had a 2:00 appointment. I showed up at 1:50. When I walked in the office there was no one to greet me. After 10 minutes I looked around the office if anyone was there. I saw someone who was busy playing a game on his phone. I told him I have an appointment at 2 and just looks at me. I sat there for almost an hour and finally left after not getting service. I will be going back to my account.

It doesn't even worth a start this place. The entire H&R business must close today. Terrible experience using Malika Shaw and Claudia Williams. I filed my tax early to be meet the deadline they messed it up and no one takes responsibility. Funny thing I even paid for H&R block peace of mind joke. Please someone help me here. Deserves zero stars. Patricia at the front desk is a disgusting human being. The office is dirty, sloppy and they do not care about what they're doing. It's beyond evident. DO NOT GO HERE, I'm serious they will just screw up your taxes after you pay them and then tell you its your fault and that you're the one that needs to fix it. Remind me again why am I paying you? Worst service I've ever experienced using H&R Block in 15 years.

I really wish I can give this place 0 stars. Only for the sake of leaving a review is the only reason they are getting 1 star from me. It is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, to set an apt with clients and ignore their calls, and keep the scheduled apt . No phone call was given to inform of any tardiness, or reschedule. I’m honestly disgusted with how the front desk conducts themselves. I’ve been coming here for years to be treated like this. Taking my business else where.

I normally do my own taxes; this year I had an inheritance so I left that to the HR BLOCK. Next year I'll do my own taxes again because it'll be alot less expensive.
