as a woman who has had more than a handful of terrible experiences with mechanics - this place gets my 100% stamp of approval! j&j was recommended to me by a good friend who raved to me about them. i was nervous but jose made me feel comfortable. he was very communicative with me and explained everything thoroughly - i mean he literally sent me videos and physically showed me all the new parts as well as explained why the repairs needed to be done and how everything worked. he answered all of my questions and was a kind gentleman through out. i am so grateful i finally found a mechanic i can trust and recommend. the pricing is also fair for the parts and the labor. overall i am satisfied and will continue to come here for all my cars needs. you should too. (:
