It's a small location, not many macys around at all. But I did hear that they are closing down in November 2025. They sell clothes, shoes and accessories.

I was a bit disappointed. The quality isn’t anywhere near Macy’s. You can find better stuff at Marshalls for this price. And the heating was off, so it was freezing inside...

Its impossible to get thru to a person by phone for this store. I wanted to check for a pair of mens black loafers for a function this evening. I checked several Macy's stores and no one has anything in stock in 9.5m Before wasting time going there i wanted to know if they even have any in my size. The automated service just kept repeating without actually transferring the call to anyone. Please fix this important customer service issue.

Yesterday I had a bad experience, when I got to the cashier the young woman told me if I wanted to apply for the card, I told her no, she still asked me for my ID, I came back and told her that I was not interested in the card, that I was only registered with my phone number, well I called another person and they started to fill out the application for a Macys card. He said no, another man who speaks Spanish comes, I explain to him and he asks me for my phone number and in front of everyone there he told me you don't have any number registered with Macys, which I don't understand as now I get a survey which I can't open so that I can rate my purchase yesterday at Macys... where the women were making fun and it was a quite uncomfortable moment, on previous occasions I have gone and I was touched by a very kind and friendly older man, but now I was touched by 3 quite indecent people, a young woman, one lady and a tall white man with glasses…

In 1 word, horrible. Ordered online and was told the item was at the store for pickup and needed to be entered and next thing I knew order was cancelled with no notice. I will NEVER, EVER shop Macy's again.

They need a better selection of clothes and shoes; the stuff you can find in a full ma of Macy's last call section. Burlington right next door has a better selection.
