I walked in without an appointment and was seated almost right away. The staff was friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, and both turned out beautiful. The nail tech kept checking with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. The salon feels clean and modern, and the chairs are super comfy. Even as a walk-in, I felt like a valued customer. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time I’ll book ahead to try more services.

Pedicure is just a 2 min soak a quick brush and a slab of moisturizer on feet to hide undone work as soon as u get out u would realize it was a not soo good job

HORRRIBLE Customer service. Spoke up a few times about the horrible attitude of the main owner or her daughter. Only returned due to good prices and convince to my home. Today was the last straw. Do yourself a favor and pay for a pleasurable experience!!!

I went here about two weeks or less ago and my nails immediately started chipping and breaking in the middle I will not return the I usually use acrylic she uses crystal without even asking me what I prefer never again think twice before going here and they are expensive and rude as hell!

I will never go to this place again!!! No customer service skills. Came in this morning , not only was I not greeted , the manicurist allowed me to wait for 25 minutes before announcing to me that there was an hour wait for a pedicure. It would have been nice to know that when I first arrived. It's a shame because I used to go to this salon regularly and Sue was wonderful, these new folks, very rude!

Don’t waste your time booking an appointment. Walked out and Went somewhere else. Value yourself as a “client” in these businesses while you are paying your own money especially during these inflated times. Walked in first of all and knowing said anything! Just gazed at me with masks covering up to their eyes. Meanwhile I was just on the phone with someone there who booked my appointment for the specific time. Zero stars.

I just moved to the area and googled nearest nail salon and Sunny Nails popped up. I was just winging it and to my surprise they do a mean pedicure and perfect nails. Happy customer :)

First time at Sunny Nails and I am happy with my experience. The shop, admittedly, could use some renovations but it was mostly clean. The staff was very nice and took their time doing my nails. I got a regular mani/pedi. My manicure is on day 3 and still going strong. And honestly their prices can't be beat! Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been in Bloomfield for about 6 months now and have tried a few salons with mixed results. My team member recommended this place and I am overjoyed with the experience! They’re slightly pricier than the others but rightfully so! The service was unmatched start to finish, and despite my services running past closing time, at no point did they rush or compromise the quality. I got a fill in and a pedicure and both were impeccable! The nail tech (I regret not getting her name!) was phenomenal! She paid such great attention to my nails and ensured there weren’t any bumps or ridges to my nails and fill. They have so many gel colors and designs to choose from, it was a great experience through and through and I look forward to returning! I’m grateful to have found a new salon near home! ♥️♥️♥️
