There’s a decline in the customer service. I just had a rude interaction with Eric the cashier. In fact he told me to write him a review. He was extremely rude and blamed me for his poor customer service. Not sure why he had an attitude. I’ve been here before and the staff used to be helpful. Seems like as of late the unprofessionalism is at a peak. I called to speak to the manager and she was nicer but this visit has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Very interesting staff. When I went into the establishment a Black girl with red braids just stared at me in disgust. Anyway a sweet lady then came to help me, she was great. I get to the register with a non-alcoholic beverage and she proceeded to ask for a card. Lo and behold I forgot my card at home. She then proceeded to ask red braids could I show her a picture of my ID she responded NO. I said no problem and left. I sent my partner in to purchase it. He said a man started helping and then red braids came over and interrupted. Not sure what that was about needless to say he wasn’t carded.

Carl the manager isn't a personable employee and should be trained on how to not amplify his voice when speaking 1 to 1 with customers, it's rude.
