They steal packages, anything's important that you have to mail through them, do not make it seem like the envelope or package has anything worth value in it, thieves work here! Thieves!

This is by far the worst post office ever. I went in ready to ship a package and the lady kept questioning when I bought my box and where. I explained I bought it there a couple of days before and she kept asking me when. Her tone was very rude and talking sarcastically as if I were dumb. I went in with a QR Code from the website since I had done everything online and she stated that she couldn’t accept it. She didn’t want to help me or answer any of my questions she kept on saying “to go print out the label and bring it somewhere else.” I kept trying to explain and show her the the QR code and how online it told me to show the associate the code but she kept cutting me off & questioning when I paid for the box if I had paid for it already. Instead of arguing I just decided to leave. extremely unprofessional place, these workers will not help you. Will not be coming back. (Also my boyfriend was on the phone for the entire thing and even he said “what is her problem? All she has to do is scan the barcode? And why is she talking to you like you’re dumb?”

This branch does not open on time. I’ve been waiting for them to open for 15 mins and still no sign of anyone. If we have to show up to our jobs on time then so should the people who work here. Everyone’s time is valuable.

I was here exactly on 6:45 and the doors were locked, They close at 7pm, what kind of laziness is this, it’s the only post office that locks their doors 15 minutes prior to closing..

Please do not go to this post office one the worst post office I think in history the two young ladies they always have attitudes they always sit down. They don’t want to help. They don’t wanna do their job. Do not go to this post office when the worst post office and history I have video. Out of the already wasted time this office put me through today to write this review... apparently, this is the ONLY office that doesn't do international shipping. When asked for international forms, the lady in the front said that I have to print the label straight from the USPS website which I found it very strange. I quickly went home and was not able to print the shipping label. Irritated with this, I went back to this location again hoping that they can help. The same lady said that without the international shipping label, she can't do anything. I asked if I could write down the shipping information so that she can put it in her system instead, she said it was not possible and recommended me to go to another postal office which i did. I arrived to another postal office where they had PLENTY of international shipping forms. I filled it out and provided it to the clerk. I explained my whole situation and the run around this office in West Orange gave me, the nice clerk from Montclair USPS was in awed and apologized that they did this to me. Please beware that this west orange location are playing too many games and upper management should really look into this as there was no signage of no international shipments anywhere in this building as they claimed to not have. 0 stars.

It seems to be a true inconvenience for the staff there to do their job . God forbid you need assistance with their different labels and packaging . It’s insane that they’re clicking gum and watching videos while working under our tax dollars . We truly deserve better .

Walked in and the available person was on their phone, when she finally looked up at me it was as if I was burdening her and had forced her to come in to work today. Gave her my package proceeded to take it and then shoved the receipt into my hand. Overall very rude.
