I can't tell if the machines are dirty or the general population doesn't know to not put grease in the dryers but I have lived here for 5 years and I still haven't learned to go to a different place.
Ruined yet another load of laundry. As the title of the business implies, evidently "Kleening" isn't their strong suit. And I'm dumb enough to keep coming back. I need to seek medical advice, it seems. I forget every time. And every single time without skipping a week, another load where I have to Google how to get stains I didn't make out of clothes I take from public dryers...

Tried to give this place a chance but I couldn’t and now, I never will. Came here about 8pm to wash, it’s my first time here. I needed to get a card to use the machines but the credit card part is not working… covered with a piece of paper saying cash only. I don’t have cash so I go to the atm and come back right at 830pm and the lady inside tells me no I can’t wash. I had one load of laundry and the place closes at 10. What a joke and waste of time.

I left two clothes to be washed, and they only gave me one, the owner of the store, a very rude and rude woman, told me that she would only give me 20 dollars for a piece of clothing that cost me more, I recommend that you do not leave your clothes in that place because it has no guarantee or responsibility for anything. And the owner is a spoiled, rude and very contemptuous woman.

Came in today, usually place is clean but without any attendants to care for the place it smells filthy and was dirty throughout.

I like washing here the attendants are nice but the dyers don't dry well you have to put alot of money in them. It is very clean laundromat

Clean place , I love the extra Large machines . Could use a bit more table room to fold but it’s cool . I’m new to West Orange and this place will be my go to from now on .

First time at this laudromat. I only went to clean my comforter . The people who worked their couldn't have been more helpful to me. The place is clean, wifi, tv's and plenty of machines. I highly recommend this Laundromat.

I use the wash and fold service. I dropped off my items on 10/28 and pickup was 10/29. When I arrived to pick my laundry up, I was told my towels were damage with bleach. I was advised that I would be reimbursed for my towels, upon letting the owner (Judy) know the price I paid for them. I told Judy my price and she refused to reimburse me for my damaged towels. This is not how you are supposed to conduct business. Tomorrow make a week and I still haven’t been paid. However, when you drop off wash and fold, Judy want the money upfront but when they damage your items, you have to wait to be reimbursed.
