About NJM Insurance Group
NJM Insurance Group is among the leading property and casualty insurers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Founded in 1913, the company operates on a mutual basis, providing value-based insurance solutions to its policyholders with the highest levels of service, integrity, and financial stewardship. Headquartered in West Trenton, NJ, NJM employs nearly 2,500 workers. According to reviews, NJM is praised for its excellent customer service, patient and compassionate claims personnel, and efficient claims handling. Customers appreciate the company's good rates for home and auto insurance, as well as the yearly rebate checks for safe driving. However, some customers have experienced issues with the LexNexis credit check used to determine premiums, reporting inaccuracies in their credit reports. Despite occasional rate increases, customers generally express satisfaction with NJM's services, describing the company as a "great," "family-like" insurance provider that offers a clean environment and friendly workers. The reviews highlight NJM's seamless and professional handling of claims, with one customer praising the company for easing the heartache of a total car loss.

I’ve had New Jersey manufacturers for years with my homeowners and my cars and for some reason my Car insurance went up $1500 this year. I don’t understand why it went up so high I was told because prices of stuff is more expensive and hospital bills. I haven’t put a claim in in over 10 or 15 years. This is ridiculous

I don’t use this company but the “bean burrito for lunch” commercial they use on podcasts should be illegal. Every time I hear it, I want to vomit. I listen to podcasts while I work out. Use better common sense than this. Their marketing team apparently has no awareness.
