Forge is my happy place.I joined Forge a couple of months ago and since then, I have seen a noticeable difference in my strength and eating habits. Forge’s training and nutrition philosophy is based on a strong foundation of building habits gradually and that is what makes this lifestyle change sustainable.The training program is customized to your goals, fitness level and health conditions. The workouts are challenging, yet do not drain you out completely. The strengthening exercises have in fact helped me recover from my injuries.All the coaches (Ryan, Justin, Morgan, Jack, Jay and Joe) are extremely knowledgeable, motivating, supportive and friendly.The out-of-gym support (communication with your dedicated trainer) is also very helpful in remaining accountable, getting any questions answered and staying consistent.Forge has managed to build a very inclusive, non-judgmental and a safe space for everyone.My entire experience with Forge - right from orientation, onboarding and training with them has been nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend Forge to anyone looking to bring about a positive lifestyle change!

I had been experiencing back pain, so I decided to start working out. I researched gyms in West Windsor Township and finally chose to work with Forge.During my first meeting with the owner, he was a good listener and paid close attention to my concerns and needs. He offered me a lot of useful advice and explained how Forge could help me achieve my fitness goals.After deciding to work with Forge, I was assigned Coach Morgan, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is a great trainer and helped me customize my personal training plan according to my needs and goals. She also increased the difficulty of my training program based on my performance, which I found very helpful. After exercising with Coach Morgan, I feel much better and my back pain has reduced. I'm happy with the results I've achieved so far, and it's all thanks to the expertise and guidance provided by the team at Forge. I highly recommend Forge to anyone who is looking to work out.

I cannot recommend Forge highly enough. Through their individualized workout program I have seen results that I simply have been unable to attain elsewhere. The coaching team is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable providing tailored exercises and goals for each client. In the past I have tried both group classes and personal training elsewhere but Forge’s methodology is one I can stick with long term.

I've been part of Forge for almost 3 years, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. Ryan, Jack, and Morgan are great trainers and mentors who've guided me with personal plans and been such a motivation.The welcoming atmosphere from day 1 made me feel like part of a fitness family. Even when I moved remotely for work, Ryan's provided constant support and feedback.Plus the nutrition plan has transformed how I eat and shop for groceries.Its been an absolute blast! Thanks guys!

I have almost completed my first phase (6 weeks) at Forge. I am someone who has tried countless amount of gyms, classes, bootcamps, and personal training, and I just want to say that Forge has been the best exercise experience I have had thus far. Many gyms promise undivided attention, nutrition help, and help with lifestyle changes, but Forge actually delivers! I feel extremely seen, understood, and cared about. I am paired up with Coach Justin who really took the time to get to know me on a strength level, and also who I am outside of the gym. He has come up with the best plan to meet my goals, that works for my hectic work and social schedule.I am really happy with the consistency I have formed over the last 6 weeks and being able to see more and more progress every week. I also feel as if I am challenged at Forge and motivated to push harder than I have ever in the past. Because of this, I am feeling soreness and stronger in muscles that I never have before. Overall, my energy levels have been great as well.I am also really happy with the attention that I get from the trainers. They are very meticulous in making sure every exercise is performed with great form. It feels empowering to know that I am doing exercises properly. Also, I previously had bad back pain from certain exercises, but the tips that trainers have given me here have helped to eliminate this back pain which is a huge deal for me!I am really hoping to keep this momentum going and have a major transformation.

Joining Forge was one of the best decisions I made this year. This is not just a run off the mill gym but a conscious change in lifestyle. What you lean here is not just the correct way to workout but also to correct the nutrition and inculcate good habits which translate into a better and healthier mindset. I appreciate the ability and flexibility to workout with different coaches. They are all unique and very knowledgeable and bring different perspectives and techniques to the table. I definitely feel much stronger and healthier!!!

I joined Forge Performance three months ago and have been seeing a lot of changes already. Justin, Morgan, Jay, Jack and Ryan have all encouraged me to try harder and have also guided me with my movements and nutrition. The atmosphere within the facility is always lively and I’ve been able to meet a lot of people who are equally passionate about strength training. I would recommend Forge Performance to anyone who wants to try out strength training and experience the benefits not just in terms of weight loss but also increased confidence.

I highly recommend Forge Performance if you're looking for a strength training program. Morgan, Justin, and all the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and clearly love what they do. I joined FP's small group training program last summer and couldn't be happier; it feels as if I have my own personal trainer.

I reached out to the folks at Forge Performance after having plateaued with making progress on my own home workouts. I needed some help taking my fitness journey to the next level, but I was always intimidated about joining a gym. All the equipment seemed complicated, and I was nervous about not knowing how to do things correctly.After having a consultation with Ryan, I could tell Forge was the right gym for me. The classes are great because there is always an instructor to help you if you have any questions. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and provide such a welcoming atmosphere. You also get paired up with your own coach. They send you your workouts on an app, along with specific lessons that you focus on from week to week. This system has been so beneficial to me. Not only does it hold me accountable, but I’ve learned so much. (Big thanks to my coach Morgan, who has been an amazing source of information and motivation.)Overall, I can’t recommend Forge Performance enough. The instructors are amazing, the facilities are nice and clean, and if you stick to the program they give you, you will see the results.

Forge Performance has had a really positive impact on my life. I was looking to get back into working out and lifting, specifically. After a 2-3 year break, I wanted a more guided approach. It turned out to be a perfect fit. The coaches are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable. The approach is tailored to me and I really appreciate the attention to proper form and safely increasing weight. I'm lifting more weight-wise than I ever did working out on my own and the breadth of exercises is much more vast than what I had previously done. Plus this is translating into positive changes in my life outside of the gym, such as improved posture and increased strength.

I've only been going here for about 3 months now, and I've had a great experience so far. Coaches are all very supportive and enthusiastic and make you want to push harder during your sessions. I initially discussed with Coach Ryan about my primary goal which is to lose weight and then to start eating healthier. I work weekly with coach Justin to set realistic goals to alter my diet and increase intensity in each workout. The support outside of the gym is what sets them apart from other places (i.e. 24/7 access to messaging with my coach, daily check-ins, etc.). After about ten weeks in the program, I've lost over 10 pounds! They do a great job of providing both training and nutritional support.

I joined Forge Performance in April 2023 and couldn't be happier with my decision! After being away from the gym and having a serious exercise routine for some time, Forge has been the perfect place to help me get back on track. All the coaches (Jack, Justin, Morgan, Ryan, Jay) are incredible, extremely knowledgeable and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. They are attentive and will help you with your form as you require. Their customized strength training alongside nutritional coaching is impressive and working wonders for me. I am beginning to regain my strength, get back to a fitness routine and have tremendously improved my eating habits. The positive, supportive atmosphere provided by the group coaching is a huge plus. If you're a seasoned fitness buff, or even just a beginner who wants to get into better shape, this is the place for you! I strongly recommend Forge Performance :)

Forge performance is amazing! Ryan was the first person I interacted with and he’s personable, friendly, transparent, and honestly just awesome. The other trainers are just as awesome. I never feel uncomfortable or judged. I have always felt supported and motivated by the trainers.My trainer is Justin and he is always pushing me to keep getting better. He has been supportive during some hard times in my life when it was hard to focus on working out. He makes sure I’m pushing myself to my full potential.The program is great. I have lost 10lbs, I’m no longer experiencing back pain (which was my main concern when I started), I’m stronger, in much better shape, and I have more self confidence. I would recommend Forge to anyone!

Forge is an amazing gym. All the trainers there are super knowledgeable and ready to help you get the most out of your workout. They are also very helpful when it comes to injuries by providing stretches or modifications as necessary. When I started I knew nothing about strength training or using the different machines, but they have given me the confidence to go to the gym alone and be successful. There is also a really supportive atmosphere at the gym with both the trainers and the other members. I could not recommend Forge enough.
