5 stars for the gentleman who is always there on the weekends! He is a light of the community, always extremely friendly and gives us a dog biscuit for our baby in the backseat. Always tip him when we can!

Went there to get a flat tire fixed. The person working on it was good. But since he was the only attendant he had to fill gas as new customers came. The 15 minute job took 40+ minutes. I felt bad for the attendant.

I have used Al's for years. Their staff is always courteous, and their mechanics are professional and HONEST (a remarkable feature these days!). Highly recommend.

Went for checkup my audi. They were quick beside heavy traffic, got me results back, nothing wrong, no need to do anything. Thing is I can trust on them that it self is big thing in today's time.

So, when we last saw my car, it was very sick in a parking lot off Route 1 north, 40 or so minutes from home. It was shaking like an earthquake, a gazillion lights and bells went on, and it wouldn't go above 35. AAA towed it to their nearest station- Sunoco Ultra Service Center in Princeton Junction. The station said if we authorized them to do the repair, the car could stay in their lot until we returned home, without a fee - as we were going on vacation the next day. It was a no brainer. Ten days later, today, we picked the car up on the way to get our dog from boarding. The culprit was a coroded sensor. It instigated the entire problem. Not only was the repair INCREDIBLY reasonable, but the mechanic took so much time to explain to me how that sensor could create such a mess. I HIGHLY recommend Sunoco Ultra Service Center- if you need a place near Princeton/Hamilton/West Windsor. Again, we really lucked out. ??Service: Electrical repair

A few weeks ago on a Sunday, my car struck a huge screw on a gravel road and started limping. All other places were either closed or too busy to look at it. Costco said it was unfixable and the only option was to replace tire. Luckily we ended up at Sonoco Ultraservice. They fixed it for $20 and it’s been good for over a month now.

Beware - they will trick you into spending money when you do not have to. Called AAA over a flat tire, and they sent Al's Sunoco to fill it with air. I had already made an appointment to Costco to get my tire switched out, but the mechanic insisted we drive to their shop so he could plug my tire. We asked if there was a charge, and he responded "no, it's just a flat." We then come to find out they do charge for it and it will not be covered by AAA. They chalked it up to a "misunderstanding" and aggressively denied that they would claim the plug was a covered service. No apology, no customer support. If you need AAA in the area, ask them who is coming to help. If it is Al's Sunoco, say no thanks - send someone else. They take advantage of you where they can, and I see other reviews here that mirror our experience. I will never trust them again. Go elsewhere and save yourself the pain.

the service call in response to a Triple A request was top notch. The gentleman who arrived was efficient, polite, really helpful, and made my life a lot less complicated. He took my flat tire after installing my spare, brought it to their shop, and barely 30 minutes later called to tell me it was repaired and ready. They'd have delivered it back to me if I had let them! They have a customer for life!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I learned from my mom today that this Sunoco charged her $5.00 to put air in her tires. She is elderly and asked someone to help her put air in her tires using the machine (which costs $2.00). She had asked for change to use the machine. The attendant offered his services then turned around and charged her $5.00! Utterly ridiculous and a terrible way to support your community, especially the elderly. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Never ever, go to this station and yes, I will pass this along to the rest of her elderly friends and the community at large. How hard was it for you to help out an old lady? Shame on you. Shame on you. Shame on you.

This service station is the best! Especially Spencer. There should be more service station employees like him.
