I've never had an issue, per se....but for the love of all things big and small...ANSWER YOUR PHONES! I tried calling them regarding a package; no answer. Figuring that they were busy, I drove down there to claim it. There was only ONE OTHER person in the lobby. The main phone was ringing, and an employee looked at it, and ignored it. Way to go...

Everyone at this Princeton Junction Post Office have been so helpful and extremely nice and understanding of my special needs adult son with Autism . We went twice for his passport application. Wonderful experience .

First time to ship via USPS to send my sister some medical supplies that she will need for her treatment, Maureen was so nice and helped me from start to end. Maureen, you are awesome, you’re very accomodating and patient with me. Thank you!

I use package pickup, note where the packages are (in my mailbox lol) but they marked it picked up and don't take the packages out of my box. They shove my mail all around the packages meant to be picked up so it's pretty obvious they are there. Now I have packages that are days late and I will just have to take them to the PO myself (defeats the purpose, no?). This isn't hard.

The staff went above and beyond today to help me package and ship a large size item. I left incredibly grateful as UPS and other mailing services made it seem impossible. Incredible service

Look for Maureen ! This was my first time and I was trying to send a used iPad using a flat rate box. They said I can't do it and the lady at the back will help me! That lady was Maureen, and she was very friendly and helpful. She explained to me why I won't be able to send it using a flat rate box, I should use a ground delivery and then even helped me save me some money by finding me a used packing box. God bless her!

I love this post office because the workers here are so nice and so helpful, and they have been like this for years. When I go to this post office, I can be assured of excellent service and help with my mailing needs.

Such a disappointing service, wouldn’t post my international parcel as I came in at 4.45pm when they close at 5pm, even after explaining I work during their opening hours and I had rushed there.

I don't know why this post office has very bad reviews. This is the second time that I used it to send packages and the person who is in the desk is so kind and very helpful! You can ask if you have questions about the process of send things.

A bit hard to find the place amongst the windey complex...aside from that they were properly staffed for the evening rush, and the one lady was 'nice' enough to inform me that currently things weighing only 1 lb is $10.50 to ship. Wholly smokes...

Fast and efficient. Gotta give a shout out to the woman who was working the finger-printing counter on 6/2/21. She helped me get my fingerprints done despite her station being closed a half hour before I arrived. She rocked!
