Horrible customer service! I was waiting for my medication and asked how long it would be. The actual Pharmacist says verbatim, “This is not a McDonald’s!” Followed by a, “If you don’t like it you can go somewhere else.” Her aggression did not match the setting. I just came to get my prescription. I didn’t even know what I did wrong. She seemed to be looking to pick a fight. She is so rude every time I come in and to EVERYONE. Isn’t a Pharmacist supposed to be the person in charge of the Pharmacy? Completely unprofessional and a bad representative of the CVS brand.

Sometimes the customer service is poor here. The employees get disgruntled when you go to check out with a person rather than self checkout. Also your not able to split up payments with a debit or credit card, which is silly. The cashier who checked me out at the time said you have to have the exact amount in order to split the payments between my card. Not sure if she understood the process because I have split up payments in the past at this location idk if this a new update or not. Afternoon shift Managers don’t seem to care either, there was a man around at the front attempting to look busy when he could have intervened to explain why their system couldn't split payments because the cashier didn’t seem as knowledgeable.

This is the like the 20th time that Virtua sent my meds to the pharmacy before I’m discharged and I wait 3 to 4 hours before going to get them and they aren’t filled or dint have them.. this time no antibiotic was sent and a pain med mind you only 5 pills will take 2.5 hours to fill so I have to go back home to come back out when I was asking about why my meds aren’t in there the female pharmacist was rude and then went on to help other people and had to wait to speak to her.. when I told her she will have to stop to figure out my meds she was like everyone is waiting. When I finally got to talk about my meds I was given attitude told to call the hospital and they walked off had to wait again to ask about pain meds supposedly they just received them so now 5 pills will take 2.5 hours to fill.. worse location ever was using Walgreens but they are gone. After today I’m getting a new pharmacy.. the staff is always mad and my meds aren’t never ready even when it’s been hours since they were sent over.

The female pharmacist was the least helpful and very cold. I decided to transfer my prescription to a CVS farther away just to avoid her!

I love this CVS! They were so kind to let me get cough medicine that I so desperately needed, just before closing. That was a huge blessing!

I believe her name is Laura, she's an older woman who works up front at the register, and what terrible customer service she provides! I don't understand people that aren't nice and kind that work in customer service. Could she have been more miserable at work? Fortunately there's one young gentleman, I didn't catch his name that was very helpful, patient, and kind! She can take a few notes from him. If you walk in and see Laura, just walk back out. Save yourself the attitude! I highly recommend to corporate that she works in stocking shelves instead.

Was waiting when pharmacy opened. RX called in that night before wasn’t ready. They had it done in 10 minutes and i was on my way. Also very friendly. Great experience.

This CVS is one of the Worse in the entire state! If you have any medical problems u recommend you not deal with this location. They’re very nasty! And you can tell that there main priority isn’t the patient..
