Was waiting when pharmacy opened. RX called in that night before wasn’t ready. They had it done in 10 minutes and i was on my way. Also very friendly. Great experience.

This CVS is one of the Worse in the entire state! If you have any medical problems u recommend you not deal with this location. They’re very nasty! And you can tell that there main priority isn’t the patient..

Store was well stocked and the staff was pleasant. the isles were not cluttered and the store was being restocked.

Westampton NJ CVS don't answer the phone after 7pm. I went through the drive thru and was told it was closed.. lol this place is the worst.

Largely empty but difficult to get a cashier for checkout as it seems understaffed.They have a pharmacy in the back that closes earlier than the rest of the store.

This CVS location is pathetic, please go somewhere else. Every time I call to speak to someone in pharmacy I wait on the phone for an hour. The past two days, I called five minutes after the pharmacy opened and I was waiting for 45 minutes, until I decided to hang up. They are PATHETIC, they purposely do not answer the phone. Pathetic, lazy workers.

My photo orders are ALWAYS lost, not there, even though I receive emails saying they are being printed &/or ready for pickup. I have a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME AT THIS CVS. I don't get it. I recommend going to a different cvs line I'm going to from now on. Staff doesn't care about you. Don't trust them with anything important.

From the front of the store to the pharmacy it's terrible, the service, the waiting the lack of answers it's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and choose any other place. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the pharmacy is falling apart

I had brought in a shopping tote.Tossed my cellphone in it.Because other than nine scripts to pickup. I had to get a few things.Imagine that?Anyway, I was followed around like a thief. I was asked not once. But, twice. Two separate times during the same shopping trip if they.could go through my tote and my purse. When they saw that I had clearly not taken anything. That it was nothing. I get a snotty "Sorry Ma'am", But you looked suspicious. I asked "how"?. She said, you had that shopping tote from the Wawa across the street with nothing in it. I said well I'm not going to bring in a full shopping tote and Ummm, I had to pick up nine RX's for my husband and myself and to pick up a few items. She said, next time she'll just get what I need. I'm not allowed to shop or browse? She said, "No."The same employee did it to me the next two times I was in. It was as if she was just picking on me specifically. I've seen other people come in with their shopping totes ànd and not get harassed. I finally asked her why. She said because I walked here. I lived across the street from the store and it was on nice days. Are you SERIOUS? You don't have anything better to do at the front check-out other than watch someone walk across the street? Not to mention she looks like she needs a bath, I'm not judging her on her shoddy appearance. But, she judged me on because I walked over a few times?Two or three other times as soon as I walked in, she asks me what I want, as if I'm not allowed to browse while picking up scripts. Not how can I help you? Literally stops me and won't let me walk in to the store until I tell her what I want. It's as if she's projecting.I don't need to be harassed walking in to a store. Talk about insulting.

Horrible experience. Went to get my prescription through the drive through and asked for ibuprofen. I was told it was 7.00 and when the gentleman in the pharmacy scanned it, it came up as 13.00. He even admitted to me it was in the wrong spot. The manager who was bald came and refused to change the price even though it was in the wrong spot. I explained to him that I worked in retail for years and if it is in the wrong spot we change the price for the customer. He laughed and said “not happening” and walked away. Horrible customer service. I got his name and will be reporting him to corporate. There is no need for anyone to be rude to customers over a mistake that was caused by them.

I called 3 different times and was placed on hold for over an hour. This CVS will not transfer my medicine to Walgreen, which my insurance is now with. This is crazy like they are holding me hostage ?♀️?♀️??

The customer service here is horrible. There’s never anyone up front an when they’re , They do not great at all ! This place is not welcoming and I never see a Store Manager who’s running this place ?
