We visited the Home Depot in Burlington and were assisted by Mr. Rich, in appliances. He was compassionate, attentive, and worked closely with us to understand our needs, budget, and preferences. He sat with us to compare refrigerator options online, explaining the features clearly and helping us make an informed decision.
Thanks to his excellent service, we’re now planning to return for a new stove. We trust Mr. Rich to make the process just as smooth.

I ordered a refrigerator and they brought the wrong one. They refused to take back. Told me I had to bring back myself. Finally replaced it with another wrong fridge. Made them take back. They left it on my yard at side of house. Called several times. Days later came to get it. No fridge for several days, but charged me. Finally brought another wrong fridge. Kept it because I needed one. Worst customer service ever!!! I have credit card from them that will never be used!! Don't shop here n order anything. It WILL BE WRONG!! I HATE THIS STORE !!

I have reserved a cargo van twice several days in advance, only to get it canceled day of a few hours before. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Picking up an ac unit purchased on line. They’re still looking for it. 30 minutes later guy asks someone else. This is terrible customer service. Still waiting .

Way better board selection than Lowe’s. Better organized, and better tool brands available such as Ryobi and Milwaukee. They have tons of good sales all the time and have helpful and friendly employees. They have good deals on renting tools, and the tool rental shop also sells off old tools for a deal sometimes. I recommend it!

I had accidentally bought three of the wrong size wrenches, a week ago and your boy Deno was very informative to the right ones and promptly gave me a return without making me feel any sort of type of way and even paid cash back. I really recommend going to this Home Depot, the employees like to go out of their way. I feel as though you’ll be getting a friendly experience indicative of the Burlington area and you should go check them out and say hi.
