Could not make online truck rental reservation b/c of an error I received. I contacted Home Depot's general customer service line and it was unhelpful. The second time I called they gave a suspicious number to call that was not affiliated with Home Depot. I then contacted the store directly, I was informed they cannot initiate a truck rental. They can only modify or edit once it is made. I contact Home Depot online support and am told that the store has to initiate it. I am frustrated by Home Depot's customer service line and their lack of support, knowledge along with their pink-sheet carbon copy responses.

Went in today with my Mother to get some plants for the garden and we also got a few other things in the store. The girl in the self checkout line was rude and talked to us like we were stupid. I wasn't moving slowly because I was stupid, I have a sore knee and shoulder. Also, I sprained my wrist at work a few months back and it's just now starting to feel better, also fracture the same wrist in 1994. I can't move around like a chicken without a head. Sorry if that is unacceptable to her. Oh yeah, I've been A+ certified in computers since 2006. I think I know how to work the self checkout machines. Attitude adjustment is definitely needed at this location for sure because this is just one experience I've had there. There are many more.

Giving a customer a vehicle with a quarter tank of gas and then charging a fuel charge for a whole tank of gas is unethical and bad business practice!!

This was many years ago, but, based these reviews, nothing has changed. The outside contractors who delivered my washer and dryer dented and scratched brand new units by virtually allowing them to fall down the basement stairs, then "informed" me that I needed to "cut down my drain" for the outlet hose on the washer to fit (no: you either raise them on pallets or extend the hose!) The attitude of not giving a d*** was thick as mud. I've also encountered more than a few rude employees at this location. I haven't been back in a while, and will be out of other options when I do.

I love HomeDepot! However, never buy LG appliances from them!I got a new refrigerator and after the 3rd attempt at delivery, it finally came with scratches on the front door! I immediately called LG and have gotten nothing but a run around! Terrible customer service!

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. I call the Home Depot in Sicklerville, New Jersey. where I purchased the item, ask to speak to a manager. I am connected to someone who says " I have a manager's phone, but I'm not a manager. Try again!" As he's laughing and then hangs up on me. I drive to the store and ask to speak to a manager. 20 MINUTES of people calling on the store intercom and raidos, Lisa a manager comes up. She looks in the system and tells me she doesn't know why my delivery was rescheduled, but that " I promise you first thing Monday when the warehouse opens at 8am, I'll call them and call you with what I find out." I leave feeling like everything will be taken care of. She looked me in the eye and promised me that she will handle it. Tuesday, Wednesday, here we are its Thursday I get a call from somone at the warehouse saying my delivery has been once again, rescheduled because the truck broke down. So now I again head back to the store. I find Lisa. I ask her why she promised me she would give me a phone call and let me know what's going on but never did. Her reply " Well I gave it to Cheryl, she should have called you." Cheryl? So after Lisa getting loud and arguing with me about the fact that since she told Cheryl about it, it's no longer her problem. I asked to speak to Cheryl. Cheryl tells me it is scheduled for Saturday and that's it. I asked her " Well can you callthe warehouse Saturday morning and make sure I'll get the products I bought?" "No!" She replies, " I don't work Saturdays!" "Can you see if somone who does work Saturdays can do it? I have been promised and let down alot by you guys already." With a sarcastic tone she replies "Well I can give it to someone in appliances and maybe they'll do it I guess."

I recently purchased appliances from Home Depot in Westhampton. I later learned home Depot has an outside delivery company that was to say the least unprofessional. I was rescheduled 3 times and notified the same day the same time they was supposed to be at my house delivering. When I questioned why they told me that my appliances did not make it on the truck. You would think that the staff would be competent and aware of their capability when scheduling. Home Depot should be more careful of who they affiliate their name with being that they are such a big corporate company. Their actions is the reflection of the company as a whole. I would rather pay a little more and get better service .

This store is dog friendly, but you have to put your dog in a cart. What kind of bull is that? My dog weighs 65 lbs. How am I supposed to get him into a cart? Next time I'll drive the extra miles so I can bring my dog in like a normal person. Plus, the woman I spoke with was rude to boot.
