We had the most terrific and best experience getting set up as new customers, Jovanni did a fantastic job he went above and beyond to make sure we got the devices we wanted and even set aside time to be able to work with us on learningour new phones. He also helped us again by adding our son to our plan. We also brought along our daughter and her boyfriend and Jovanni got them both set up on a new plan with some awesome deals! If you are looking for someone to walk through and explain everything Jovanni is the one to work with! He's very detailed oriented, very sweet, respectful and sure makes the hassel of getting new phone easy and quick! Highly recommend him!!!

I just have to say Giovanni Lopez has been nothing but amazing with any issue I have ever walked in to this store with he's always patient. Always kind and always willing to teach. I always feel like I'm a burden. I'm not technically smart And just recently lost my husband I come in here a crying wreck atleast once a month and Giovanni is always so kind. Offers me tissue and always tells me if I need anything. I can come back to this store. I am so grateful. He is such a great person.
