“I was debating on where to take my Kitten, Kiwi, to get her spay. I am so thankful I decided on Ace of Spays. The staff is fantastic — they were kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. I did not meet the Dr; however, clearly she knows exactly what she’s doing. Kiwi has the smallest scar (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she bounced back right away. Their pricing was a highlight as well — all in all under $200 (my regular vet was charging $1200). I highly recommend Ace of Spays. Thank you guys!”

We recently had to navigate a cancer diagnosis and end of life care for our beloved kitty and Dr Pehrman handled it with kindness, empathy, and the upmost patience as we came to grips with things. “I have nothing but positive remarks about RVA. The vet that had cared for our cats retired a few years ago and I hadn't needed any vet services...until last week when my 17-year old cat's health failed and I needed euthanization services. I was very fortunate and thankful that RVA fitted me in for an urgent care appointment within a few hours of my call. When I arrived, my cat and I were taken within minutes. The vet assistant asked a few questions and described the euthanization process, prepped my cat and Dr Riegel administered the appropriate drugs to allow my little girl to drift away peacefully. From the start to the finish, everyone that I talked with and that supported me were both kind and compassionate. Thank you Dr. Riegel and thank you to all of the staff that supported me.”

Of course saying goodbye to your baby is beyond heartbreaking but being among these incredible warm heartfelt doctors just made the experience (if it’s even possible) a little bit easier. Dr. Odgers, Dr. Foley, and Shawn Cumberland as well as the other nurses/techs, Brenda at the front desk are just amazing. I truly felt the sadness and warmth from everyone. “Great vet office! It was easy to schedule an appointment and they provide low cost services. Vet and other staff were very kind, so I didn't mind that it was curbside service only (though I would be hesitant to do curbside with my other less cooperative, grumbly pup, purely for the vet's sake). They were knowledgeable, thorough, and offered multiple recommendations on how to proceed with the best treatment options for my dog's injury. I'm very appreciative that they are equipped to do xrays (and at a much lower price than most vet offices/hospitals). I'd absolutely recommend them and will return if ever needed.”

“I adopted my 6th cat (Yes, I know) from ACCT Philly. He had a few things that needed to be checked out.
I recently moved to a neighborhood across the street from Woodbourne Veterinary hospital. When a co-worker came to visit me at my new house she remarked that that was her vet and she really liked them.
When I knew I was going to pick up a new cat I called and made an appointment first of all they got me in in less than 48 hours. I called Monday late afternoon and got an appointment for Wednesday morning.
I took Charlie, my new 9-year-old cat to the Woodbourne Veterinary Hospital. Charlie had a full examination including of his teeth. I asked if he be tested for feline leukemia so they do blood and did that. He was negative. But I asked that he be vaccinated because sometimes my other cats escape with my dog so just in case he got out...
So Charlie had a full examination a blood test for feline leukemia and the vaccination and I paid $99!!!!!!! I had to give a $35 deposit when I made the appointment. This is only for brand new patients. But it applied to the care. And I was billed 65 on the day of the appointment.
I cannot believe how economical it was.! The doctor was great! So kind and friendly, yet thorough and he even suggested I could wait a year, and save some money, because his teeth weren't as bad as I thought!
I have been taking all of my pets to a local non-profit low cost clinic for their care. And I absolutely love that place. But now that I've moved I'm further away. I will be taking all of my five other pets to the Woodbourne Veterinary Hospital!
When we got home Charlie was pooped. But I was glad to know that he was in pretty good health! And fully vaccinated against any dangers.”

“I have nothing but an amazing experience with them my cat has been have issues with her ear for almost a year now and they suggested that she has a TECA surgery which I believe is the best option for my cat as well. I’ve had everyone there great me with a smile and so welcoming! She need a ct scan and then surgery and during the ct and surgery they communicated very well with me via txt message which is great! Also had to deal with another issue with insurance and they also have been nothing but helpful and kind to me! I really appreciate them and all the hard work they do!(will add picture after she is healed)”

If you have a bird and need care , I would Strongly recommend this hospital. I have been taking my conure here for a few years now. We have mainly been seeing mainly Dr Jones for annual visits and they are always so careful and gentle with my bird. All of the team members we have seen have always been so very wonderful and informative. I personally love how gentle and caring Dr. Jones is with Pluto. I don’t ever feel like that are pushing for unnecessary exams just because. From my experience they have always considered treatment and tests based on my birds needs and I always appreciate it.”
