The girl behind the counter making the food should be fired. In the midst of shopping around you hear a girl loudly say she hates people. If you dont like your job go somewhere else… dont handle peoples food with that energy. Just unprofessional and childlike behavior. Nobody likes an obnoxiously ignorant staff member handling peoples food with those comments.

I gave up on this one, This one is closest to me and I have yet to walk in and order something as simple as a sandwich, I walked in tonight to grab a simple chicken salad sandwich......Nope, no chicken salad....This is usually the case with this one, bacon is never on the menu option in the morning, -YOU CAN'T EVEN GET AIR for your tires...It's always broke and has never been fixed.. I've lived here for 12 years and most of the time I've had to go to another one nearby, I thought that once they upgraded they'd get better. NO concept of convenience will be found at this one. It's always an issue, ATMs down, tire pumps down, no stock in the deli, And you usually have to wait for a cashier during the slow periods. Very poorly managed and I don't see any changes happening soon. Go elsewhere-don't waste your time.

100% the worst wawa I’ve ever been to. They never have any more than 1 cashier, the atms are always out of service, the lottery machine is always out of service, they never have anything in the sizzli warmers, when they do have hash browns in there it’s always so undercooked that you need a fork to eat it. Like if I wanted shredded potatoes for 1 I wouldn’t be going to this wawa to get them, and 2 I wouldn’t get a hash brown I’d get shredded potatoes. All the deli employees just talk to each other instead of making the sandwich, which I don’t care if y’all talk I’m not your employer but at least multitask. It’s just a poorly run wawa. I’m not looking for a 5 star restaurant, I just wanna be in and out but I almost guarantee you’ll be waiting a while for your food. And god forbid if you order for curbside or pickup, actually ends up wasting more of your time.

Very very rude staff, they got my order wrong and told me it was my fault. I ordered a panini and they gave me a quesadilla. They didn't apologize and threw my food at me. Horrible service and a shame that people like that are allowed to work there.

Out of the 3 nearby locations, this Wawa is my favorite. People are nice and orders are on time or early. What more could you ask for?

The fountain soda machine is ALWAYS OUT OF ICE!!! ALL WAWA'S need to change their policy to "a $1.50 charge for ice cups from now on" it's either that or they are like mcdonalds and their ice cream machines now.

The Manager at Wawa is the worst, she needs to go back to basic training when dealing with the public. Was purchasing a soda, they never have any ice. Asked if I could get some ice, she was rude stated I can only get a small cup for a xlarge drink....She then procced to get the ice and slam the cup on my finger. Just say I had some kind words for this disrespectful, no class having employee. This wawa is the worst around , always dirty never have what you need. I never come to this wawa and I recommend you avoid this one as well. The wawa on Springfield rd in Westhampton I will be forwarding my complaint to cooperate.

This Wawa asks for a bad rating. I remember picking up DoorDash orders from here and always had issues. Now recently I placed a delivery order as a customer and they left out the smoothie. So I had to actually drive there and pick it up which wasted my time and gas. When I arrived another customer was complaining about his curbside order. Oh to top it off they gave me a straw with a hole in it. I’ll update this rating if I notice improvement (probably won’t).

Terrible customer service, placed my order, waited for more than 20 min just to find out that my order was never in their queue. Lost my lunch time break and had no lunch. Didn't received an apologize from the manager in charge and treated me like it was my fault. Great customer service ? Wawa

Wow ! You advertise the return of a sandwich , then you put it on some old hard bread ! Niice ,not enough you're gas is one of the highest priced around here . Thanks

Cashier was great, they were unfortunately out of the product I was looking for though, so I had to find a replacement. Not necessarily a bad thing, as there were multiple similar products for same pricing and different varieties. Also has a gas station and quick meal ordering to go, which is a big plus!
