The store staff were cordial and respectful. There needs to be better communication between the customer before arrival of a scheduled appointment and what the customer needs to do. I was switching providers and needed to have gotten the process started before I arrived so I had to make a return trip. Otherwise I was happy with the service.

As soon as i walked in i was helped right away and everything was thorough yet quick. I was given a great deal saving me money while giving me the most up to date tech. I have been going there for a very long time and i won't go anywhere else.

I went in a few days ago having issues with my SIM card and the two men in there were so helpful i was very frustrated going in but they helped so much. I then went in the day after christmas it was busy but I was in and out the same gentleman helped me and my mom and he was great! Great customer service in this location!

After buying a new iPhone online—I still needed these professionals to sort things out and get me rolling. This was my go to ATT location in the past…will never make the mistake of doing the online thing again.

Stay away from this place !!!!! The worse experience ever !!!. I wasted so much of my time just upgrading my phone. I've received charging pad which wasn't working and I had terrible time to exchange it it. I spent hours waiting ….maybe been there 4 times total to exchange charger pad for my new iPhone 14. Every time I went there they looked for million excuses that they did not received yet. When I ask them if they can ship to my house they said :" We do not ship accessories..". Please keep in mind that was like for 3 weeks that I did not have working charging pad and I was charged for it on my account. I went to different At&T to find out that I've used is unauthorized dealer ( which I wasn't aware about it) and they cannot help me with the exchange. OMG I almost lost my mind.... I feel scammed and will file complain to the headquarters.

If you are planning to switch to AT&T ,trust me when I tell you , DON'T, I had the most stressful time with this people since I made the mistake of switching from T Mobile to AT&T . Obviously I switched back , but not before going thru the most incredible stress caused by the negligence of the store manager who decided to activate my phone just so I could return it , who does that ? Then he wouldn't even help me , thanks to Alex who took the time and we finally figured it out .I don't have the time to explain everything I went through, but you want to trust me . Stay away from this company.

This store is hit and miss when it comes to employees addressing your issue. They need to make sure all are as well trained and knowledgeable as some are. But you never know. And they encourage call-backs that may never happen.

What in the world. Two people working in the store with about 12 people waiting. I understand there’s high demand but how about putting more workers. They ain’t even nice either. Over an hour wait to be helped and they take people completely out of order. Get it together.

Brian went above and beyond. I had spoken with him earlier by phone and he was helpful in outlining my options. I decided that heading to the store was the best course. He was professional and informed about all of the products and clearly outlined the differences. He was very personable and patient with our questions, even staying past closing time in order to complete our order.

Philip is absolutely AMAZING! His patience and knowledge is top tier. My mother and I were in the store for literally hours upgrading her phone (her old phone’s fault not his lol) and he never got fed up or frustrated. He did it all with a genuine smile, a true professional. We laughed we talked and we got upgraded! I would suggest going to the Westfield location is you’re in the area and ask for Philip, customer service A1.
