Lina M. Romero-Gonzalez is the Westfield Bank of America's Financial Center Assistant Manager. I noticed that she goes the extra mile with helping customers. She is super professional, super thorough and doesn't mind opening a teller window to make sure that there are no long lines. She is very helpful, very friendly and very efficient. Congratulations on a job well done!

Went there today just to get a roll of quarters for the Westfield meters. Found a line of 4 customers awaiting help, and no teller in sight. The teller had gone someplace and left the area unattended. Someone in charge finally came along, but did not seem to know what was going on. I left. The fine for illegal parking in Westfield is $32, so I have to go back presently to see if I can get those quarters.

Most of the staff is helpful and finds a solution for your issue. It's a nice and clean branch.

On Tuesday I walked into the branch to close an account. I was told I needed an appointment. Who needs an appointment to transact bank business. I made an appointment for today at 9 am. The bank was closed. There were 6 people waiting to go in for various services and no one unlocked the door. A manager for Merrill Lynch told us there was an emergency and the branch was not opening. No one called to reschedule my appointment and now I have to return to the branch, again multiple times.

Thanks for your response. However, you shouldn't be sorry for my disappointment. You should be sorry for your notary public who doesn't know how to notarize an I9 form. How basic is that? He is either incompetent or was totally lying to a loyal customer. Either way, should be disqualified. Still, worst BOA Branch ever.----------------------------------Worst BOA Branch ever! The notary public was out of office at my local branch, so the clerk booked an appointment for me with the Westfield branch. I went there and they refused to help saying they don't see how to notarize such a document. They sent me to UPS for the charged service instead. Well, don't call yourself a notary public if you are this incompetent!BOA, if you don't want to serve your customer, then don't promise it! Don't waste my time!

No wonder “Bank of America” is closing branches. Ask three people same question and get a different answer.

Made an appointment to get a safe deposit box at this location. In the comment field, requested a call before the appointment to save a trip if no boxes were available. Missed a call from Sandra from the branch. Returned her call, got her voicemail, and asked for a call back. Did not hear from her in time for the appointment so rescheduled for the next day with the same request for a call. No call from the branch so took a chance and went to the branch. Was asked if I had an appointment and to then schedule one. Since I was already there, I asked to wait. When it was my turn, I was helped by the same "Relationship Manager" who did not return my call. She may not have remembered all her customer calls so I reminded her that she never returned my call. She did not seem surprised that it was me and her response was a rude "we are very busy" and then hesitantly an insincere apology. During the transaction, she went through her script of how I was a long-time customer and how they appreciated my business. So much for customer service from Sandra, the Relationship Manager.

This location has the best customer service of any bank I have ever used in the last 40 years.

Worst customer service I have ever had at any place in my entire life. It took two years, numerous visits and hours on the phone to get the money from my deceased father’s account despite his setting everything up ahead of time and my having all necessary paperwork.

Friendly service. The computer systems were down which is not a local branch issue, so I needed to return a second day after they called to inform me the system was functioning again on the next business day.
