From start to finish I had a great experience with all of the employees at Bimmer Hub. I felt that they recommended repairs based on actual testing and not just assuming its the most common cause of that symptom. Additionally I feel that they recognize the value of their work and the benefit of good costumer service. I didn't feel that they tried to upsell me any necessary repairs and they documented/photographed the reasons behind their recommendations. Also have to find out what car wash they use because I don't think my car has ever been that clean after going through the automatic wash.

I needed an urgent battery repair for my mini. My typical experience with a car repair shop is either sharkish or unenthused. My phone call was met by Mike, who so genuinely made sure that all alternate cost effective solutions were not already met before they took on the job.
The positive energy, professionalism, and organization was confirmed in person. Mike and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure all aspects that I didn’t even consider were addressed, and hooked me up with a surprise discount.

Bimmerhub LLC is exceptional at what they do. Before I contacted them, I struggled to find a mechanic or electrician who could diagnose and fix my headlamp issue. However, after reaching out to Bimmerhub, they directed me to thier shop for a diagnostics test . They kept me informed throughout the process, and I was also able to address some necessary suspension repairs. This place truly functions as a one-stop shop.
I highly recommend it to any BMW owner.The prices are fair and reasonable, and they use all OEM parts. Their aftermarket options for exhaust and suspension are fantastic as well. I wouldn’t suggest going anywhere else. Ryan and Mike are amazing—they kept me updated on every procedure being conducted on my vehicle, and all services were completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased and happy to have become a lifelong client.

2011 BMW 328ix bought in 2014 w 15k miles finally something went south with 119k miles. Car has been a beast with little to no repairs. Starter went and after 50 pushes on the start button engaged one last time to bring to anyone but the dealer. Brought the car to a place in biz as a guess 3 years? Only BMW's and called BIMMER HUB in Westfield and have been successful enough to open a second location. It is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL shop I've ever engaged having had 5 BMW's and dealt with thieves and rip-off incompetent places. It was a full price at $825 but the communication was a 10, I needed the car pronto and they "suggested" without hard-sell things needed away from the starter. It was done under 24 hours with IDK, 20 vehicles waiting in the lot. Three bays and guys working their ass off- took a LYFT to drop off car at 7:45 am and guys were there even tho they opened 9:00. Hmm, full price vs just amazing communication and offered one of their guys to take me back home 8 miles away? Unusual- car back now and it starts!! winner- full photos of repair and other pending issues. Place is unreal. BIMMER HUB - I am a customer, 3rd time there with this car- not a paid pimp job. E
