Pick Deborah, Get a Home. It’s actually as simple as the title!Deborah is a sweet, concerned, genuine person. She will care about you and your search for a home.Deborah is motivated, determined, and seems to have limitless energy for her work. There will be times during the home-buying process that you’ll tire out; Deborah will be there to pick you up and dust you off.Deborah has integrity. She will literally talk you out of buying a house that you love if it’s truly in your best interest to not buy the house. It’ll be a tough pill to swallow; you’ll thank her for it later.We had no luck in our search and felt overwhelmed by the process before we met Deborah. Two months later, we’ve just closed on what we can truly call our dream house.General pieces of advice:- Be aggressive when you find the place you subconsciously refer to as “home” while you’re walking through it- Broaden your search and be less picky than you want to be at first. Deborah is Amazing! Deborah was amazing throughout our home buying and selling process. From start to finish she was always there to help, lend advise, and fight on our behalf. She listed our house, got us many offers all over asking, showed us several houses, and got us under contract in our new home all in a matter of weeks. She even helped negotiate down our purchase price of our new home by several thousand. When an issue came up with our prospective buyers, she wasn't afraid to do the dirtywork to get to the bottom of the issue and make sure we came out unscathed. I can't recommend Deborah enough and will use her for all of our future real estate needs.
