Hfhbrhj ze’s jeby was the first thing to come up when I started watching t it twi and I love him very deeply but I still love his work as well as the rest of the show and the whole thing was just amazing to me how much I enjoyed the series as well but I don’t really like his work anymore and it’s not like it’s just a show or anything it’s just the way I feel it’s a series and it’s way better than what it was

Went there for the first time two weeks ago. My gel nails didn’t even last three days before the actual nail started bending and the paint started coming off. Went in for a fix and they didn’t even fix the actual nail just filed it and repainted the ones that weren’t painted. Then said I cannot come in for any more fixes. They pick and choose who they want to provide good service for. I’m not sure her name but she was not friendly either appointment I had with her. Was annoyed I wasn’t satisfied with her service and wanted them to fix them. Not worth the trip or money in my opinion.Services: French manicures

Thus is a lovely establishement. Friendly, clean and large. I had Cici and she did a great job on my nails. She had a good balance of small tlk, not too chatting and not asking nosey questions. The selection of polish colors is eternal. They do polish, gel and SNS. The prices are reasonable and very good for the area. I took off a star because I am use to washing my hands during the process, and that did not happen. With covid going on I feel it is a minimum to have customer wash hands before starting. You are dipping fingers in this communal powder.

I have repeatedly been kept waiting - sometimes 20 -30 mins- when I have an appointment. Especially for pedicures. It's disrespectful of the client. I'm not coming back.

What a rip off! I have never been ripped off so boldly in all of my 62 years! My two daughters and I had appts for "regular pedicures". As soon as we walked in the woman there started pressuring to upgrade to "spa pedicures". When I asked the prices she said "spa with 20 minute massage-$59 dollars. Spa with 60 minute massage- $69. After her relentless obnoxious badgering, (seriously she would not let up on the hard sell!) we finally agreed to spa with 20 minute massage. The pedicures were mediocre. When it was time to pay she charged us $69 each. I asked her why and she said "because we use honey-$69" . I never asked for honey and there was no explaining that the honey they used was not a part of the spa pedicure. The worst part was when we gave her the tip (each technician got $7) she had the nerve to say "$7 not enough tip. You have to pay more tip". I said excuse me? And she repeated that it was not enough . I wanted to take back the $7, but I didn't. Usually you do not tip the owner of a business anyway . So she used pressure, deceit, and nerve to make herself more money and instead she got another shitty review and a guarantee that at least 3 Potential customers will never be back. Seriously some freakin nerve!! Do not go to Eden Nails in Westfield! Wish I read the other reviews before we went there. That woman (the owner I think ) is a rude and obnoxious liar.

Went here today bc my teenage daughter made us appointments. We are new to the area and looking for "our nail place". Spoiler alert this isn't it. I got a pedicure which was okay but the gel manicure was horrendous. Instead of putting on two regular coats of polish the lady painted so many tiny thin coats that led to uneven application. My nails look thick in some spots and thin in others. My cuticles are jagged and uneven. I asked her to fix one and she was so rough and made me bleed that I just gave up and accepted the loss. If you can't paint short nails with tight lines, even polish application and clean cuticles you shouldn't be doing nails. That's like day one stuff. Won't return and won't recommend.

First of all, I use to go to this place all the time when I was in high school but the one time I come back it was a complete disaster. I called to make an appointment for a Gel Pedicure but the lady on the phone said that they weren't busy and that I should come now. I get there and the lady seemed backed up and flustered but the place was empty. I never want to judge because you never know what is going on behind the scenes, but I was completely over it once the pedicure started. I am not a nail technician but to start a pedicure there is the soak. The same lady who had seemed flustered in the beginning just started painting my toenails without any pamper. She was very aggressive and RUSHED the entire pedicure. My friend was getting a leg massage two chairs away in which the lady who was doing my nails kept interrupting her asking the lady who was massaging my friend how much time there was left in her massage. So unprofessional and rude. At this point my toes hurt so badly to the point that they feel like they are on fire; I was so happy the pedicure was over. Usually you never want the pedicure to end but this one HAD TOO. I was charged $56 for this awful pedicure which pushed my frustration and I wasn't going to tip WHICH I NEVER DO. I work in the service industry as well and mainly rely on tips and im the type of person that always tips well but this was so bad i had no doubt in my mind that i wasn't going to tip. As i'm walking out of the place frustration and with my toes feeling like got lava, the lady brings up the fact that I didn't tip her so I gave her a $5 bill because i wanted to get out of that place. NEVER AGAIN.

Y'all PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE. Absolutely terrible. I never write reviews but i'm horrified. This place deserves 0 stars. I took my 7 year old sister with me to get pedis and gel manicures. Pedis we're fine but manicures - omg. When removing my old gel the woman filed my nails down so far it hurt and as you can see in the pictures I will post my nails are SO weak underneath. I also think the gel polish had bad chemicals in it or something idk ?? I left with a purple color which has now turned into a mucky gross color. The true horror is what lies underneath. My nails are destroyed. You can see the ridge where she filed my nails so thin with the drill. They hurt so much and so weak. I'm scared to see what the rest of my nails will look like when removing. I always get gel and have never experienced this. It has been one week since I got them done and my nails are WRECKED underneath. Not to mention EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Cant believe I paid over 70 dollars for my mani pedi that absolutely destroyed my nails. (Paid almost $150 for me AND my 7 year old sister which is insanity) Not to mention - apparently gel manicure for children is $35 and they spent 20 minutes on her. ABSURD. I literally don't even recognize my nails. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR NAILS PLEASE This place should not be in business.

Friendly staff. Me and my boyfriend went for a spa pedicure and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I also got lash extension from Sunny and I'm seriously so obsessed with it! I went for a long but wispie look and she nailed it! Highly recommend this salon to anyone that's looking for a good pedicure and lashes! Also they're appointment based which is really nice! Definitely coming back to Eden!

A total rip off. Charging $5 per broken nail then when the go to “fix it” they either don’t even do anything or add a tiny bit of nail glue. Filing it very thin and it is very painful with the drill. I cut cut and burned around 5 times in one sitting. Angel Tips in Garwood is far more better.

Would never go back here. Went a few years ago for a gel mani & pedi which was fine so I needed a full set on a Sunday when all my regular salons were closed so I figured I'd try here again. Sat down at the first table (maybe owner of salon?) and she stuck this rounded shape tip on my nails when I wanted sharp corners & coffin shape ...... Shape was horrendous. She didn't file down to what I asked for and when I asked her to keep filing or fix the shape she ignored me and moved onto the next nail. Then had the audacity to charge me $95. I have no issue paying for quality service but this full set wasn't even worth $30. Horrible horrible horrible. Pic is how it looked right after. Stopped by walgreens on my way home to get a file and shape them myself. Now today, 5 days after, my whole gel chipped off my thumb. So ugly. Regret paying cash bc I would have reversed the charge on my cc so lucky them.

I have been going to Eden for over 2 years. I have been satisfied with the gel mani cures and pedicures I received . I have been careful returning to nail and hair salons and indoor restaurants since CoVid. I saw Eden put in plexiglass shields and everyone was masked . However, today an older male customer came in while I was there. He appears to be a regular customer . He knew my manicurist, Carmen , by name. Although the salon was empty except for the two of us they moved him right next to me so the two manicurists could chat and he was unmasked . I was very uncomfortable with being so close to an an unknown unmasked person for such a length of time. At one point he said something rude about "stupid masks" I said I assumed since he was unmasked I hope he was vaccinated - he said he did not believe in it and started in on a rude Trumpist conspiracy rant . I assumed that Eden had a policy that both customers and staff would be masked - especially since we are there for 1-1 1/2 hours. Eden put my safety at risk . I will not return there .

Most unorganized salon, terrible management and poor services. Management is always rude. Made an appointment for later in the day, provided my phone #, asked for specific employee, drove 30 minutes for appointment to be told this employee left for the day. Didn't call me to tell me.
