What a great experience at this conveniently located hair salon right across from the Westfield train station on South Avenue.
I wanted a nice haircut with someone who would take care of me before my trip for my birthday and that’s exactly what I got with Crystal! She has 17 years of experience and it showed! We had a fun conversation and she had me laughing so hard I started to get tears in my eyes while she made sure that my haircut was perfectly neat and exactly the way I wanted it. I was very pleased.
The inside of the salon is well decorated and very comfortable too! I highly recommend this salon for all of your hair needs and for guys who want to be sure to get an expert haircut and not get butchered this is the best place to go to in the area. Trust me I’m very particular about my hair and one mistake from an inexperienced stylist means weeks of wearing a hat to hide your hair! I now know I can count of Elegant Image Salon to take care of me.
Thanks again for my haircut and well before the storm hit later on today! I will be back whenever I can!

I went to this salon today for the first time. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. I had an appointment with the owner Claudia Cruz, she was really great and my hair looks beautiful. They use Schwarzkopf hair color, which is an amazing product.

Love this salon. It's conveniently located, and the salon's atmosphere is cozy. My stylist, Crystal, does an excellent job coloring my hair. Every time I leave the salon, I feel like a princess.

I know I am so late and overdo for this review. Okay let me just say I have not had many good experiences since I moved to NJ 8 years ago. So I book my appointment and I cannot tell you how much stress I put on myself up until the moment I sat in that chair for my consultation.I was honest about my stress, IMMEDIATELY Crystal asked for my hair goals and vision. She asked what disappointed me in the past. My worries dissolved in seconds. She talked me through the whole process (I went in for a root dye and cut). She was so informative and taught me so much about maintaining healthy hair. And the end result was just WOW!! I haven’t felt this beautiful in 3 years. Thank you so much and I will be returning!!! BTW this could have been my little secret but she deserves all the praise!
