It would of been NICE for my tax prep agent to verify that I had ALL my documents BEFORE my appointment!! What a waste of MY time TODAY! BUT, I was able to secure an appointment with another agent! Just in time before the 18th!! OMG, SMH!

The service was less than stellar. The rep Chris didn't seem like he didn't want to work anymore this evening and seemed annoyed when we had to pull up one piece of information that he needed. Although he finished up the taxes quickly he seemed like he couldn't be bothered.
