My experience at Fleet Feet in Westfield was excellent! I went in looking for running shoes. Ben was knowledgeable and helpful and took the time needed to get me the best fit. I recommend this store!

I have been going to this store for years and highly recommend it to new customers who wants to run injury free. Aiden was very knowledgeable and kind in helping my 17year old son buy his first running shoes. Very helpful and friendly.

My experience was great.
From the start of my visit, I was welcomed and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I brought into the store, to look for running shoes, and they took it upon themselves to hear my goals for my running. The proceeded to do a foot assessment, to see what my feet actually do in movement through the technology they have.
From this point, the characteristics of my feet were then implemented to the iPad. The gentleman then brought me three pairs of shoes, with different variables that he heard me mention while assessing my goals for running.
He allowed for me to try them on walking and running around the store. We then went into a more specified conversation for all the likes, and dislikes the ones he brought out. He then brought 2 more pairs out, and landed on the perfect pair, all in style and feel.
I recommend this place whether you are a long time runner, a new runner, or looking for a shoe that is perfect for everyday. I appreciate the help, I truly felt this was the best way to look for you perfect shoe. One of the best times I felt spending my money.

The staff are great! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure you feel comfortable with your choices. Dennis, in particular, was very patient and provided his expertise that made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

Had walked by the store for some number of years but never went in - what a mistake! Decided to drop in Wednesday and I'm glad I did. Was assisted by a very helpful employee and he was very helpful in getting me set up with my new sneakers (two pairs). Will definately be back.
