Joe was incredible. He was able to squeeze me in the day we called despite being very busy. He not only completely fixed my issue, which we desparately needed, he gave me many cost saving tips as well. It was a fabulous experience. Joe installed a new furnace and AC system in my house. The system works perfectly. His professional work ethic was such a relief after being ripped off by various larger companies. Great service! Called Joe on a weekend because my mom’s heat wasn’t working. He talked me through what to check on the furnace and I was able to get it back working. He was kind and patient. I highly recommend JDS.

JDS came out on this 100 deg weekend day, when other HVAC services could not come until Monday. They were friendly and professional, came when they said they would and promptly diagnosed and fixed our AC. They educated us on care and maintenance of our AC unit. I usually don't write reviews but Joe from JDS was amazing that I felt I needed to let everyone know.My air conditioning stopped working during a heat wave and I thought I would have to wait for days for someone to come out. I explained that I had a young child and pets and Joe came right over. He was very professional and efficient. He even explained how to maintain my system. I highly recommend JDS as Joe is the best!!Thanks again!
