Words cannot describe how thankful I am to Ryan and his team. The sale of my home was not typical due to local Borough requirements which prolonged our closing. The best decision I made about selling my house was to pick The McGurl Team at Sotheby’s Prominent Properties. The entire team did a wonderful job, but in particular my Listing Agents, Kacey and Ryan. You don’t need to have a multi-million or even half million property. They will give more modest properties the same care and hard work as much more expensive homes. Everyone selling or buying a home will run into often unexpected and unpleasant problems. Ryan and Kacey worked tirelessly to resolve each hurtle with the best possible resolution. They took the time to explain each part of the process, kept me informed, and they were a pleasure to work with. I was very satisfied with the price I got for my house, and I am sure they will do the same when they represent buyers, helping them find the right home for the right price. I can say without any reservation they earned my five-star endorsement.

Ryan is the BEST agent I've ever worked with! He was amazing! Ryan has a talent that is unparalleled. Kacey and Ryan represented us for the sale of our home. He balances ambition, motivation and commitment with kindness, empathy and sincerity. Ryan's resolve is unparalleled. Kacey is a consummate professional. He is a good listener, an excellent negotiator, and he's subtly shrewd. Kacey leads with a warm demeanor and uncompromising integrity. If they were not good at problem solving and conflict resolution, we never could have sold this house! Their accomplishments in the industry speak for themselves. I had a great experience selling my house with the Mcgurl team. Specifically with Ryan Mcgurl and Kacey Craig. The first meeting with Ryan he laid out a clear strategy for the listing price of my house based off the market condition's we were working with which Ryan explained clearly & concisely. Ryan also laid out a timeline for sale of our house. My wife & I purchased a house and moved out of state before listing our house for sale @ 22 Greenbriar. Ryan and Kacey handled the open house, all the inspections, and walk throughs seamlessly. My Wife & I's home was listed for one week before being under contract and closed 45 days later after being under contract.
