Those pretzels are so damn good. Every single time I go to a party and there’s a tray of those miniature ones, I end up eating like twenty. Can’t get enough.

Went in to get a box of rivets at 2 pm. When I got home, half the box was like a rock and inedible. A decent business owner would say, those are old and hard, but would suggest something else that s fresher. It s not rocket science!!

Only come to get an occasional soft pretzel in the afternoon. The pretzels are fresh and compare with any in Philly. The prices are very reasonable.

Went here for the first time this last saturday, was very pleased with the service from the workers in the front. A nice young man who was very kind. Pretzels were also very good, warm when I got them and made a great snack!Only issue I had was the man in the back of the store who was either on his phone with the speaker very loud, or yelling at one of the employees in the front for almost the entire time I was in the store.

Ordered the cheesesteak/hot dog tray and rivet tray as a snack to accompany drinks for a party. Everyone was asking where we got them! Big hit!

I've had the pretzels here before & I DO like them, but I went today (12/29/22) and the cashier had gloves on to take my money. WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES, she then proceeded to pick up the pretzels with same gloves. I didn't have the energy to be THAT customer, but perhaps they should be trained on WHY they wear gloves.

Pretzel platter is great for parties, but I ordered about a month or so in advance online, they immediately called me to confirm the order, reiterating the correct date that I requested online (Saturday). We go to pick up day of and they had written it down wrong in their orders for Sunday and hadn’t made the platter. They made it for us but it was very late to the party as a result. As much as I would like to order again for an event, I don’t know if it’s worth it if I can’t trust that it will actually be made for the correct date.

First, the pretzels here are just plain ol tasty! Served warm and fresh and so that perfect pretzel flavor. Second, the price is amazing. 5 of $4.50. 10 for $6.50. You cannot beat that price anywhere. Third, the cheese sauce is that tasty movie theater style cheese sauce. Not healthy, but very tasty. Yum!

Hello. I recently place an order at Philly Pretzel Factory in Westfield NJ. I gave Explicit instructions on the app on how I want my order cooked. When I got to the store my order WAS NOT COOKED how I requested it. When I said something to the employee he was VERY RUDE. He said that they did the best the could with a very nasty attitude. He lied when he said they did the best the could because they DID NOT follow my instructions. This is not the first time this store did not follow my instructions. In the past they would follow my instructions but not recently. It is the first time however I received a very nasty attitude. If this is how you are going to run your store, well then you have lost a customer. I have shopped here many years and never received such poor service. I would like a response from Management please.

First time at this location. But I tried the spicy pretzel sausage. This was actually pretty good. Definitely can go for that when I come here. Can get them as a game day snack. Have to get 5 salt-less because they make those to order so they are fresh out the oven. Great taste and always good

Ok so I note that this is the most popular pretzel place in town and I'm nothing but suspicious . I've known about this for years and it's no secret . A lot of the moms bring this to the parties which I'm sure my invite was lost in the mail. It's hurting mentally inside so I decided to do something about this eerie feeling. I wanted to try it for myself since nobody likes me enough to let me come over to their buffets. Isn't it funny how it's always the people you least except? Well I was sad enough... I ordered the cheesy pretzel dog from this quite charming young worker. He is the spitting image of my father and we laughed over the news or something old fashioned. I invited him over to a dinner party because he noticed that I was upset and he prefers an older crowd of adults. He suggested I host a party to avoid feeling nauseously left out. We both had serious FOMO and bonded over it . Cant believe he is going to bring some free pretzels and entertainment for my classily crowd. His only request was a $5 tip, some decaf coffee, and a jazz band. I hope he sings it don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing. Reminds me of the roaring 20s where the absentness pretzels were not a reminderp of my dying social life.

Well I have to say quite honestly I was shocked at who I saw in this fine cuisine. A young blonde man who might've grown during the quarantine. Still dashing. I am blessed to have seen him here. It was a moment like no other. Not only were his eyes dazzling as he noticed the freshly butter glazed pretzels, but he was singing something. Something familiar. Something I know. My way. Song by the one and only frank Sinatra. Well that was a shock. How could he have possibly known my favorite artist? I give props to the Philly Pretzel Factory. Good music, good customers, and that is something to be proud of. Overall, I will be back to hopefully see this man again. The way he beams is enlightening and makes my heart skip a few beats. I'll see you then mystery boy. Don't stop singing. Passionately. When I say he can be the next frank Sinatra I mean it. I wish I had that talent. Anyways, your pretzels are great for children's birthday parties! My son loved it. The pretzels do get soggy after an hour. But keep up the good work. Sending love your way.
