“Incredibly nice and helpful folks here. I've had questions on simple domestic mailings as well as more complicated parcels, and they've always guided me through it. Note the parking lot is small and super tight, but there's plenty of parking next door. Regardless, great folks and great service.”

“I have been to this office many times. It is always well stocked with boxes and envelopes of all sizes as well as greeting cards. The premises are clean and the lines are minimal except around closing time.
Tara, the office employee, goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. I was shipping a box, which I purchased at the post office. It comes with tape stickers but they weren’t strong enough. Tara graciously offered to double tape the box for me with her own personal supplies of duct tape. She also advised me on the best box size for my items so that I don’t overpay. Great service and reasonable prices!”

Six years after the installation, we called Neal yesterday about what turned out to be a minor issue. He showed up today, resolved it quickly, and even took the time to educate us on garage door maintenance. “Any USPS location is rated only based on two factors - how quickly do you enter and exit and how good was their customer service?
This is one of the few USPS locations that achieve both. They have a large facility so parking space is never a challenge and the staff are nice and friendly and they check you out sooner too. They have a passport facility attached to it which is great for US passport needs.
They are currently undergoing renovations as I write this review.”

He was friendly, outgoing, and incredibly efficient, he processed and posted my son’s passport information faster than I expected, all while keeping the mood light and positive.
It’s rare to meet someone who’s both professional and personable, but William nailed it. And honestly, he gets extra brownie points for being a Mets fan, that sealed the deal.
