I do not recommend switching over. I was a longtime Verizon customer and decided to switch over to TMobile to save money. Not a good decision. I was promised multiple new customer promotions that never went through and my bill has been much higher than expected. I have gone to the store 4 times in 3 months to get this resolved and because of 'internal tickets pending' it hasn't been resolved. I have been promised I will receive follow up calls which never happen either. Horrible way to treat a new customer. This has been headache after headache every time I have received a new bill. Sad.

Taking time out of my schedule to write this review for my recent visit to T-Mobile’s Westfield location is a testament to the exceptional service I received, a standard I believe should be replicated across all locations. Immediately upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Eli, setting the tone for a remarkably personal and efficient service experience which is sadly uncommon these days. I’m a person who is tech-savvy but not the greatest and often finds call center interactions robotic and unhelpful. Eli's in-person assistance was worth commenting on and other stores should take note ( Will not disclose specific locations )My main goal for months was to add another line without disrupting my current plan or being upsold unnecessary offerings. Eli skillfully navigated my account right away while I was addressing my concerns. I’ve been an I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and especially since I have a multi-line plan, I am always exploring opportunities for cost savings, which was a bonus to me in addition to my main reason for visiting. His comprehensive knowledge of T-Mobile's services, coupled with the patience to tailor solutions to my specific usage and needs, was impressive.! This level of care and attention to detail was something I hadn't found in any other T-Mobile stores and the focus seemed to be more on sales than on genuine assistance.Eli’s dedication underlines the invaluable role of T-Mobile’s physical stores in providing personalized and knowledgeable service that significantly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. His efforts not only optimized my plan but also solidified my commitment to T-Mobile. A heartfelt thanks to Eli for making my visit both rewarding and enjoyable.

People are usually nice but they logged my phone as an IPhone 13 Max in their system and now I can’t get my lifetime screen protector replacement for the IPhone 13.

Shady practices at this store… Beware of what they are putting on your order…. Things you didn’t ask for or want may end up on your order. My experience was buying a phone and having the rep add things to the order I didn’t ask for nor did the rep even tell us he was putting it on the order. Shady shady shady. Not acceptable especially when every T-Mobile store is the same. This type of activity means you’ll never see my business again and I hope others are warned.

I had an outstanding experience at the T-Mobile store! The representative Daniel was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their range of products and services. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect plan and phone. The customer service was top-notch, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store for their excellent service and friendly staff.

The experience at this location left a lot to be desired. T-mobile customer care misquoted how much my monthly fee would be as they did not realize that my discounts are not stack-able. Was directed to return newly shipped phones to the store. Dealt with Abraham, the store manager, who informed me that I would be liable for $70/line (total 7 lines) restocking fee even though the phones were never opened and in their original packaging. I asked him to call customer care to help resolve the issue. His response "If you're asking me waive the restocking fee, I could lose my job. Would that make you feel better?" Needless to say, I won't be a t-mobile customer in the foreseeable future.

After being on the phone for hours with T-Mobile customer service with no solution, I decided to go to this store to see if they could fix the issues with the 3 lines I got as a new costumer. (I want to note that I was in a serious car accident and have injuries including a cast on my arm, therefore wanted to avoid going anywhere.)David right away greeted us upon entry and started to help with the issue. Not only did he transfer my old line from AT&T to T-Mobile smoothly but he also fixed the issues with the new devices that were mailed. He took care of every single thing efficiently and made the whole experience truly pleasant and a breeze. What took hours over the phone with various customer representatives, David in person took care of it all very carefully and with joy. It made my whole experience great.Please continue to hire more representatives like this. He is the reason I didn’t regret switching from AT&T.Thank you David!

Went in today to upgrade my phone & add a new line along with adding accessories to my purchase. I was greeted by 4 staff members.Eli helped me immensely, was patient and detailed with explaining the contract terms, payment options etc. He definitely made the already long and tedious purchase as smooth as possible for me.I will add the manager who was dressed pretty casual to be running things, addressed some issue with Eli during mid sale - something that I guess was discussed during their morning staff meeting. As someone who’s husband runs and manages dealerships and myself who owns properties - I felt it was very distasteful on the managers side to address any issue during mid sale with a customer. Any issues should be discussed as soon as the customer leaves. However Eli handled it with such grace and respect.I will definitely return but only if Eli is there to help. Thank you once again for all your help and patience !

nice enough location - parking is pain but everything is in that area. whomever is in charge of staffing at the store how about hiring some more people - at the very least on weekends. I have never been able to go to the store when I'm not immediately told there is a wait time- I'm not talking about some complex issue or buying a phone - just a simple 2 minute transaction at a register - you have to wait. why even have a store if its going to be run like you are are heading to the DMV. so many people go in and are told the same and walk right out. why pay the rent there if you can't handle more than 2 customers at a time- you would be better off just having a kiosk on the sidewalk. the answering the phone issue is also legit - don't even bother calling there on a weekend. thankfully T-Mobile's customer service through the app is on point.

I ordered a new phone and wanted to trade in my old phone for a credit. They never processed the trade in. Customer service said I would need to go into the store to process a buyers remorse return and re-process a whole new order. I did that and I never received a return label. When I called customer service I was told the return was never processed and I had to do everything through 611. The store was not helpful in anyway and did not process the return and made this significantly more complicated and now I potentially have to return my phone and wait over a month for a new one just because they did not process the trade in properly. will never be going to this t-mobile again
