I ve been a resident of Westfield for 30 years, and for most of it I have had a good view of our local postal office but the new girl at the counter is extremely rude. It is obvious she doesn’t want it be there.

First time at this Location, I had to renew my passport, very clean post office! Fast service! I was in and out ! Receptionist ( Irmaris ) very outstanding customer service, very helpful and kind !

Today I was treated terrible for WILLIAM. Weird thing he has super nice with no Latino people. It was a TERRIBLE experience.VERY SAD to see a Latino treating another Latino like that.

Terrible service. I had appointment and I arrived a little late roughly 4 min. I had to wait until my husband arrive. When it is my turn to do the business, they asked all the people behind us to do package business then start to our passport . No wonder the review so bad. They should get 0

Terrible. Had an issue with forwarding mail and the supervisor was standoffish right from the start. When I presented a confirmation number, he refused to look it up. I then asked if he had a form I could fill out for forwarding mail. He said no. At this point, I knew he wasn't going to help me in any way, so I asked for the post master. He then proceeded to act belligerent and accuse me of calling him a liar. When I asked for his name, his response was "I have no name" and told me to get out. When another employee was speaking to me, he approached her and asked why is she talking to me? Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. He did this with his mask down as well, disregarding the rule that all government employees must wear a mask at all times. Absolutely horrible.

“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.” It’s sad to say this may be the motto for USPS, this seemed to have died with the new wave of carriers. Missed mail and incomplete deliveries, as much as we may be in the digital age we still rely on this! All the best to the good retirees, we miss you.

Manager Dan is a liar. Lied straight to my face and extremely rude. Customer service as a whole is awful. Funny how the mail service ppl are friendlier than the managers.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I mean I don’t understand; if you’re that miserable, get a job that you don’t have to deal with people. I have never been so embarrassed by an employee in my entire life. She screamed at me because I couldn’t find the customs form. Recommend firing whoever she was and revamping that entire place. HORRIBLE. If I could give no stars, I would.

Patiently waited in line to drop off a package with a prepaid label. When it was my turn, the woman said “meet me in the next room” and she walked away before I could even acknowledge or ask why. But I had to oblige cuz she took my package. She threw my package on the kiosk and said if I wanted a receipt I had to use the kiosk. That’s a total lie. I’ve never had a problem getting a receipt at the counter before. She blocked the door and would not let me go back to the counter. She basically forced me to use the communal kiosk during a global pandemic. Who knows who has touched that machine and if it’s ever even sanitized. The right thing to do would have been to ask if I would like to learn how to use the kiosk so I don’t have to wait in line next time. But that approach would have been too professional and respectful for this woman. I’m beyond angry and disgusted.

I went over there to get my passport and the lady who was in charge just because I came 5 minutes late to my appointment didn't want the worker to attend it me, later on I said just work on it and if somebody else come to their appointment I will be step to the side but no even though I stay till late to see if somebody was coming at their appointment at the next 30 minutes and no one came and 3 workers doing nothing including their manager sad to see this and frustrating.

They are no help in anything Make sure you are 100% in everything you need to send to do passport because they won’t help you or inform you!!
