“My wife’s Rolex Lady President needed the sapphire crystal to be replaced. Although considered a luxury watch, it’s also a tool and my wife uses it as such. Unfortunately, she had a mishap and she accidentally dropped her watch and the crystal cracked.I brought her watch to Martin Jewelers for the crystal to be replaced. The original estimate was between 6-8 weeks but the work was completed sooner than the estimated time.The cost was very reasonable.In addition to replacing the crystal, they also checked and replaced any worn out parts.The watch was returned in a Rolex leather pouch.Sho Sarkissian was the watch consultant who attended to me. She was knowledgeable regarding the different watch manufacturers and she explained the work that needed to be performed and why.I highly recommend getting your fine watch and other jewelry serviced at Martin Jewelers.”

Here the manager didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and did a simple repair instead, although did advise to get prong replacement in the future. “In May, I had the most wonderful proposal by my now fiancé in Paris. After my fairytale proposal became reality, I realized I was disappointed when I didn't love my engagement ring.
