Horrible service, the lady at the front desk was dry and dismissive, almost felt like I was bothering while making my deposit.

Wow why am I NOT surprised that lately Wells Fargo is getting horrible reviews..?Sadly I can only ADD to their misery.. They suddenly decided to close the branch in WestfieldOK not terrible as there is ONE other across town BUT it';s a hassle getting across town ( traffic, lights etc) Now it gets BAD They CLOSED the drive thru window at this branch??The ATM machine often times "can't read" a deposit but there is no drive thru and it's after 5 so the branch is CLOSEDRecently I had the displeasure of talking to customer service with a "real simple request to "add my cell to my wife and my "joint account. I need to to that to ACCEPT the verification code they demand each time you sign in now?. Yes she was on the line to give permission but that request seemed impossible to poor Burt He asked me to "verify myself" He asked a zillion questions My Social Security # last 4 ditto for my wife, full name address etc address, phone # date of birth, latest depost made e mail address Mortgage info etc income verification ( I declined) My wifes income..( she declined) On and on.. Finallly he says "sorry not able to grant this HUGE request..? Suggest I go into the branch ( yeah it just closed) OR write a letter.. huh? All I want to do is add my cell so that when the web site wants to send me another verification code I will actually get it and not my wife who may be 10 miles away at the time? I pay the bills not her so what's the big deal? Burt was stumped??Wells Fargo LOST that personal touch and is horrible to communicate with? OH and I got an e mail on Dec 17 asking if I had any reasons for my poor grades I gave them ? On Dec 29 Tyler actually responded that my request was ":being reviewed" I have 3 other responses ..all being reviewed. Shumi..and Becky... Today is Feb 16..Still waiting maybe I close my 25 year relationship and go to Chase OR TD Bank.. Disgusting service..Or lack thereof..Yes I heard about the VP in India being fired for literlly pissing on an employee while intoxicated .. very sad maybe indicative of how low Wells has fallen very sad..days indeed

I came to this location because I heard nothing, but wonderful things and everything is spot on. Everyone is beyond friendly and extremely helpful. It's so nice to come to a bank where people go above and beyond to make your banking experience pleasurable!!

wonderful people make this place an enjoyable place to bank. every one that i've met has been helpful, pleasant, professional, and eager to help the customer. my parents banked here for many years, and i can see why.

We decided to give Wells Fargo Banking a chance after opening a WF mortgage. Prior this we primarily used Chase for both mortgage & banking. During the transition the Wells team promised banking benefits comparable to Chase Private Client (CPC), which was never delivered. Example: free safety deposit box, reimbursement on foreign ATM fees, event discounts, etc. After the move, not only did I have to proactively chase Wells to receive benefits promised, they later denied even offering them. We later learned they downgraded our banking privileges from a PMA account to a primer account without the courtesy of notifying us. Then after repeated conversations with the branch, my mortgage rep and corporate banking services they did nothing of substance to resolve the issue. During my requested plan BENEFITS review with my newly assigned local Wells branch banker (almost nine months after enrolling in the program) she compared my Chase & Wells programs at my request, during which she focused on: (1) non-mortgage based program minimum balances - that are irrelevant in our case due to mortgage, (2) inappropriately downgraded "premier" account benefits review to CPC, with no mention of their failure to honor the PMA account benefits we actually enrolled in, and (3) the representative explaining how she needs to "reset expectations" - again nine months after the fact - pitching Wells services and requesting another chance to be our primary bank. Ultimately after we compared Wells and Chase program benefits she agreed Chase provides superior benefits that Wells just cannot match, and then apologized that we were previously promised such benefits. What a disappointment.
