Had such a great experience at Pellegrino while buying my new truck. The entire staff was amazing. They treat you like family from the minute you step onto the property. Dom and his employees were very friendly, courteous and help during the whole process. Thank you for a smooth buy and I will be buying my next car from them.

If you want to buy a car there is a gentleman who is very helpful, I believe his name is Stan but I cannot recall. Anyway, buying our lease out was great, they treated us well...Going in to get service was a whole other ball game. Rude service, called and made an appt with a someone who apparently didn't actually schedule it and rushed me off the phone, then when I get there I'm treated like I am lying because they couldn't be bothered to put an appointment in the system. No real explanation of anything just "here's what you're gonna pay"I asked "this is what I'm going to pay just to figure out what the problem is?"Rude "yes" response with no explanation again of anything...front desk older man in service is a miserable old man who shouldn't be dealing with the public anymore. It's so frustrating buying a car at a dealership and then you go back to them for help and they just couldn't be bothered.

I love you guys. Always happy and willing to talk and explain everything that they need to do. I also happy that I can ask questions to guide me with my vehicle.

Overcharged & Under-delivered. Actually, completely lied. If you want to be charged 3 times more than any other dealer would charge you for service, feel free to come here and get robbed. The "service department" is made up of one service advisor and a ghost service manager who team up to take customer's money and lie about what they are getting done. Service work orders are custom made and unprofessionally hand written based off what they "think" makes sense, not based on any actual facts or data. For example, if the Mitchell standardized labor guide calls for 1.2 hours to complete a job per the manufacturer and 0.9 hours under manufacturer warranty, they will charge you 3.5 hours for the same job because they felt like it.. at $170 per hour. Which was okay when we were promised an additional service included in the 3.5 hours. Turns out they wont perform half of the service. But they say they did that full service up until you swipe your card. After that, and after being caught not doing half of the service, magically the customer never requested that service. And the final invoice was altered from what was hand written on the original signed copy. So you end up spending $600 on what would have been a $200 job anywhere else. The service advisor seems to target women in these scams. And the service manager supports it and ignores the heat from the customer. The unfortunate part is how many people get scammed here without even knowing it. With my service industry & management experience, I am disgusted by the level of customer care provided by this dealership when the customer is looking to pay extra for the "dealer experience." I feel sorry for all the reputable employees that work here, including the parts department which has always been great- having to share the responsibility of these scammers in their online reputation. As a Pellegrino new-car customer, unfortunately I think I will have to look at another dealer company for my next purchase due to the sickening nature of actions performed by representatives of this company, and the ignorance and rudeness displayed towards a customer who was peacefully looking for a solution to such an obvious problem.

I knew what car I wanted and my husband and brother in law both highly recommended Pellegrino. I had a wonderful experience with Michele and Dominic. I had to wait for my car, but they kept me posted on status. It was a no pressure visit. I was thoroughly satisfied with service and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone

Bought a 2019 Traverse (37,000 miles) from there back in April 2022. The car fax was perfect. After having the vehicle for 4 months the check engine light kept coming on for multiple issues. I spent so much money on repairs for this vehicle head gasket, manifold, brakes, tires, and sensors just to name a few. I was told a 158 point inspection was done on this vehicle before it was being sold. Clearly, somebody lied. Either the service department lied to the sales department OR the both departments lied to me. I traveled an hour to buy this vehicle and had family willing to purchase the vehicle from there too. However, I will never purchase a vehicle from there again.

I had a great experience working with Jace and Raffaele. Jace was very helpful in getting me a great deal for my car and even went above and beyond to trade with another dealer to get me the color I wanted. Raffaele assisted me in setting up my account for the healthcare worker discount and getting all the paperwork squared away. Everything went super smooth and it was a very easy and stress free process! Thanks for all your help!!

Last March I purchased a used Dodge Promaster for work. In less than a month and less than 1000 miles it started to make a grinding sound. They said it was probably the air-conditioning compressor. One month laterthe engine just stopped as iwas driving 60 miles an hour. It turned out the transmission flex plate cracked. 1800dollars. Then 6 weeks later I needed a new transmission 4800 and dollar.allthis within 6 months. The dealer offered me 250 towards repair. Just a slap in the face and go away money.Maybe if a little moreresearch on first issue all cod be avoided. Not good customer relationships
