Cameras everywhere and climate control. The facility is always clean. If you have a problem they will address it right away. Choose this place if you value your possessions. “I went there recently with my uncle to store his belongings while he searched for an apartment after being evicted due to miscommunication. The service was exceptional. The staff there explained how everything worked. I felt that his belongings would be safe and I even considered getting a storage unit of my own. A special shout out to Starr for going above and beyond to explain how everything worked and making us feel safe.”

“Can’t say enough good things about these folks. They have customer service figured out at this place. Chelsie has been simply amazing. She’s clearly a pro and handles her business as such. I’ve recently dealt with Kevin as well and he’s been stellar every step of the way. I access this unit multiple times a week and they are always super available and address any and all issues with swiftness and efficiency. I recently had the chance to switch locations for another company but I just had to stay so I could keep working with such great people. On top of all that, the place is conveniently located to gas, food, and highway which makes my life so much easier.”

“The Public Storage on Route 42 Turnersville is far better than all the rest, I promise! Personal, friendly, and outgoing are just a few adjectives I'd use to describe my experience. I was given the runaround from a different location, and the assistant, Nicole, went out of her way to correct the many wrongs I'd experienced. She took on the responsibility even though my poor experience had nothing to do with her. The facility is extensive, clean, and organized. Nicole helped me find the perfect size unit by showing me different opinions. I could go on and on, but I suggest you check it out yourself!”

They guys were very professional on both ends of the move, they wrapped and padded all of our furniture and delivered it in perfect condition. They even disassembled and assembled back some of our items that needed to be. They were awesome”

“Highly recommend this facility. Sherri (manager) is very nice, knowledgeable and will go above to make sure YOUR HAPPY. She will even stop and greet you as she’s doing her rounds (not many will acknowledge your on location) She will not leave a question unanswered. If you have any issues, she will handle it right away without hesitation (I lost my code.) The property is very clean and presentable every time I go there. The unit is very clean and very well up-kept. They even offer an app that allows the gate to open right from your phone (beats getting in and out during rain/snow/cold.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.”

“Moving, no matter the distance, is stressful and unpleasant. My boyfriend and I weren’t moving far, but were completely overwhelmed after trying to move our things bit by bit. From the moment I requested an estimate from Gentle Giant, I received nothing but amazing service. On the day of our actual move, three charming, funny and considerate guys showed up at our door (early)! James A., Stephen C and Mikyas B. were a dream team. They took great care with all our furniture and offered to take more than what we had listed on our estimate inventory. They helped move our art collection and a closet full of clothes on hangers, all things we had considered moving in our car. There were some issues going into our new building (a service elevator that was down and painters who were finishing up). But these guys were professional, taking everything in stride. I know I was so anxious about the move, but they put me at ease. Even though there were extra charges added at the end, the total amount was still way less than what we had expected. Hands down would recommend Gentle Giant to anyone who needs to move!”

“Very easy signup online. Sale for the holidays, which made my decision easy. Office called me after signup to ensure I had no questions.Addendum:I removed a star for pricing. I purchased my leasing agreement over a holiday for a discounted price. Now only four months later, my monthly rent for this space was raised by 50%. The space is secure, clean, and humidity controlled, but this is just aggressive pricing movements.”
