My visit to the Westwood store was to ask some questions. After speaking with Ian he explained the promotions available and I purchased a new phone. Ian was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Ian is great asset to this location.

I've had att as my cell provider for over 20 years and have dealt with staff at many of their stores. The staff at the Westwood store was exceptional! I went to the store to get a new sim card and the manager told me about a promotion on Pixel phones that sounded too good to be true. I peppered him with countless questions about the deal, that he answered clearly, honestly, and with tremendous patience. I never felt pressured to commit to any equipment or services that did not meet my needs. I did take advantage of the promotion, which seems like the right decision. I recommend the store to any att customer in the area and will use the store in the future, even though there are several other branches closer to our home.

Today I had a great experience at the ATT in Westwood, New Jersey. The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. In addition, there was an older couple in the store that appeared to not have a lot of working knowledge navigating their cell phone. The salesman demonstrated a lot of patience and even took the time to write the directions so they could navigate their phone easier.

The guys ( Ian and Leo) who work here are great. Knowledgeable friendly and service oriented. They always look for ways to save me money on my phones and devices. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been a happy customer of AT&T for more than 25 years and gladly coming to this Westwood location for all of those years.

The guys that work there have been doing so for a while. You can see how they interact with the customers, why people like me have been going back to them for years. Sure it gets busy on Saturday but that's to be expected. They have been super helpful and I'd definitely recommend.
