AI answering machine makes it insanely annoying to simply leave a voicemail. Called twice and left voicemails, when they called me back there was nothing on the other end. When I went in person (and of course it wasn’t ready) the woman rudely told me their phones are working (clearly they’re not).

Went to pickup my prescription they said was ready, had to repeat my name seven times to Marjo, and then was told it wasnt ready at all. Man laughed at me for asking to pickup my prescription and refused to talk to me aka the one who the medication is prescribed too, and ONLY addressed my girlfriend. Very weird experience and makes me want to switch pharmacies immediately. Don’t go here at all costs its hell on earth.

Sat behind a car in the drive thru whose prescription was very obviously not ready because it took over 30 minutes to fill and the people working never told the person to move and go park so they could serve other customers in the meantime. Took me under 4 minutes to pick up my READY prescription. What a waste of time, couldn't even get out of line to go inside because of the speed bumps blocking me in the lane.
Grow some backbone and tell people who's stuff isn't ready to get out of the drive through so you can help ready customers. Not the first time this has happened but definitely the most egregious

Do not shop here!
Received an Amazon gift card from a family member from this establishment. When I went to peel off the security code some of the numbers underneath had been scratched off already. I called Amazon with the card information only to discover that it was already used.
The store was not helpful or able to give us a refund. They directed us to CVS corporate who denied our request for restitution. I personally went to the store to discuss with a manager (“Azim”) who, in addition to refusing our refund made multiple awkward statements including that “(he doesn’t) personally support Amazon” and “(he doesn’t) know why anybody would buy a gift card”. He went on to counter that if we bought a pack of gum and returned it with just a couple of pieces he would “happily” give us a refund. Simply put, they cannot stand behind the products they sell. Stay away.

I can't thank the CVS team in Westwood, NJ enough for going above and beyond to fill my last-minute prescription for my mom who was just released from the hospital. They handled everything with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. Their quick action and dedication turned a stressful situation into a relief. Truly exceptional service—thank you for being there when it mattered most!

First time I used a CVS coupon. 40 percent off and it was amazing! Got a blood pressure machine and it was quite a savings. Always love shopping at CVS as well as the pharmacy. Always knowledgeable and helpful. I love the Westwood CVS!

Very, very bad and extremely frustrating dealing with the pharmacist on this location. When my dad was discharged from the hospital, he was prescribed with medications to continue for several weeks. When my dad picked up the medications, there were a couple of medications that the pharmacy didn't gave. The pharmacy didn't even tell my dad that there were medications that was missing because there was a problem with the script and they didn't call the doctors office to try to fixed the problem.
So, my dad had a 2 week follow up appointment post discharge and was wondering why my dad still has this lingering issue with his breathing. When the doctor asked about the medications that he was taking, my dad told the doctors that he was not taking couple of those asthma medications because that pharmacy didn't give it. The doctor was wondering why pharmacy didn't released medications.
After the checked up, the doctor re-prescribed those medications again and I went with my dad to the pharmacy to try to see what the problem with it before. The pharmacist told us that there was a problem with the prescription code that's why they did not released it the first time. Yet, they never told my dad about this and they never tried to call the doctor's office to fixed this. Instead this time the pharmacy told me that I have to call the doctors office and tell them to changed the diagnosis code. I called the doctors office and told them about the problem. They told me that I should not be the one calling them to fixed the problem. The pharmacist should be the one calling them so they could fixed whatever is the problem and not go through a middleman (the patient). Because it takes a long time to get hold of the pharmacist and it takes another time to contact the doctors office.
This happened twice already. The second time when the doctor ordered to continue using the medication after the second follow-up appointment. The same problem and the same response from the pharmacy. The pharmacy again asked my dad to go back to the doctors office to tell them to changed the diagnosis code. My dad complied and again was told by the doctor's office that he should not be the one doing this for the pharmacist. Imagine the time wasted from calling, waiting and traveling back and forth from the doctor's office to the pharmacy and back again several times.
Not only this problem is very frustrating and time consuming for everyone, this is also very dangerous. Not telling the patient if there's a prescription that was not given because there was an issue with the prescription is a recipe for disaster. If something happens to the patient, CVS is for sure liable on this. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
This is a big CVS location, this problem really needs to be addressed. I myself don't have an issue with a smaller CVS where I get my meds. I get a text or a call from the pharmacy if there's a problem with my scripts or they call the doctor's office to try to fixed it before calling or textinng me.

Awful, they couldn't even update the fact that I had insurance. They refused to help me showing me where. Another prescription that I had was readily available in another CVS and I've never had a CVS do that. The lady that works there looks like she hates people + they also just have horrible customer service. Everyone should go to the Northvale CVS

Worst place ever.
1. Broken doors
2. Broken checkout machines
3. Slow as molasses cashiers
4. Many items not on stock or aren't sold here
5. Horrible prices and nothing is truly on sale here.
I was going to buy a bottle of water...not for the expensive prices they have here! I rather drink dirty rain water then ever come back to this hell hole!
