Terrible customer service, especially at the pharmacy. This place wasn't exactly knocking it out of the park, but the miserable service I received recently was an order of magnitude worse. Between the "order ready for pickup" text and my arrival, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed and no one able to give any indication on how to get my script. They can't even be bothered to answer the phone! And in this case, it was post-operative pain meds and my first home dose was due - I was literally suffering at the hands of their incompetence. Boo!

The pharmacy staff are the worst. I've been to this location about 7 times and every time is a nightmare. The worst possible attitude you could imagine. We had to iron out some details with our childrens prescriptions, and a guy by the name of Jay repeatedly hung up on my wife mid sentence. You would think CVS would require some level of standards to use their name, but I guess not. Drive a little further and go to another CVS.

This CVS pharmacy in Westwood NJ is a disgusting mess, poor service, dirty and disorganized. Poor management. poor customer service and staff. Long lines, terrible RX I now use rite aid, clean store good customer service

The pharmacy is impossible to reach by phone. They also don't respond to any voicemails. Text communications refer to medicines with a single letter of the name only, good luck figuring out what prescriptions they are referring to, for example...CVS Pharmacy: Johannes, Your Dr has not responded to approve an alternative medication for your Rx for C. Pls call Dr. for more info. Reply HELP for help). When you reply HELP...you are right back where you started...CVS Pharmacy: For pharmacy questions call 2016641004. Can't get pharmacy on the phone ever, extremely unprofessional / unhelpful operation at best.I highly recommend mail order for prescriptions, no need for this level of frustration to get your prescriptions filled when mail order is an option on your drug / health care plan.

I like CVS in Westwood they are great people in CVS I like the people in the store they're very friendly and very courteous I like your stores clean I gave you guys very good work I like the new manager but I miss Leanne as a manager in CVS

It is impossible to get through to anybody in the pharmacy! I have been calling for two days! I have waited on hold for over half an hour. I have called and gotten disconnected. I get conflicting information on my app and the automated information on the phone. This is the worst experience ever! I will be changing pharmacies as soon as I can contact anybody

The person who called me back was extremely friendly and extremely helpful! I do feel bad for the staff, I know the volume is tremendous! Unfortunately the staff are out numbered by the patients Not to mention so many issues these days with prescriptions and insurance companies! It’s hard to keep your head above water. Just thought I would update my initial review. Corporate needs to work on finding more help.

When you ask they tell you 15 minutes ?
Now i know why I don’t use them anymore

Pharmacist thinks who he is ... don't dare go to the pharmacy without a mask!!! He'll put one on you himself. Just went in ... without a mask ... 4 of the pharmacy team ganged up on me a d basically bullied me into putting a mask on. Told me "shut up and put your mask on" verbatim I'm going to actively work to get him fired. No one should be treated like I was ... anywhere. I will have his job ... Mark my words

If i could i would give a ZERO. Went with a prescription for a pain medication after the surgery. Was told they have to call the doctor and insurance company. They would call me. I asked them to confirm the number. No calls for 5 days. Called CVS today - they never heard from the doctor. Had they told me was needed to be done I would have taken care of this myslef. Instead they are just waiting. My other medication - I asked at the store to put it on automatic 3 months. I received THREE calls whether I want it on automatic. Really? Can they get it together? Who is employed there?? Bottom of the pharmacy class? Never again. Will go back to my local pharmacy even if I have to pay more. What a nuisance. STAY AWAY FROM THAT CVS.
