This pharmacy does not care about it's customers. Tonight is the second time that after dinner and settled in for the night, I got an alarm on a sensor which needed to be replaced. After finding out that I had none left, I called to find out what was happening and was told that they are working on it. This does me no good when the sensor, which is supposed to be on auto fill, was not ready with in resonable time and had to go in my pajamas. The pharmacy personnel do not care about their customers as this is not the first time I've had problems. I have had prescriptions sent in and be denied by insurance, yet they fill it and charge me the full amount. When I call my insurance, I am told that they did deny for dosage or quanity and told the pharmacy, who tell me they didn't get that. They seem only to care about money and forgot, or never learned about caring for the customer. I guess that is the problem with big retailers which is something I have never had with a small town mom & pop store. CVS needs to either change their people to have things ready on time or suffer what Rite Aid and others or coming to CLOSURE.

Possibly the rudest most useless staff I’ve ever come across. Lady at “dropOff” doesn’t even look her customers in the eye. Nothings ever correct , they have no idea what’s happening, completely unhelpful. GO SOMEWHERE / ANYWHERE ELSE !

I have used cvs as my pharmacy for the past 20 years when I lived in California and Ny as well as using this particular location for nj. They are the mooooost unorganized pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescriptions no matter how long ago they were called in and NEVER ready for pickup. I go to pick up for family meme era when they are sick and unfortunately it’s the same story with their prescriptions.

Friendly staff helped us out with our need for passport photos for our newborn. We got what we needed in quick turnaround and everyone was very friendly and helped us re-shoot photos until we got the right shot! Thanks!

It’s extremely difficult to get through on the phone to the pharmacy here. Everyone understands things are busy and you may have to wait on hold. But it’s impossible often to even get to that point or it hangs up on you. This has happened to me at least 4-5 times over the past year or so. I think I’ll finally be switching pharmacies even though this is the most convenient.

so happy to never come here again. this is the worst cvs in existence. the pharmacy is horrible. you can’t get in touch with anyone over the phone and if you do, they either don’t know what you’re talking about or give you the wrong information and once you figure that out, you have to try to get someone on the phone again who will give you a different wrong answer. they don’t know their own policies for medication delivery. they don’t communicate with each other. they’re rude. you couldn’t pay me to continue using them. and as if dealing with the pharmacy wasn’t already a nightmare, i was looking through some products in the store. i picked up a game to potentially buy my child and something crawled out from under it! there was a bunch of dead bugs behind the games. disgusting.

This CVS pharmacy has got to be the worst ever. I had to have a prescription transferred from a pharmacy in Florida and it has been three days and I still have no prescription. I tried the online ordering service, have called multiple times and even spoken to an associate who said they’re working on it. I was probably the first phone call this morning as the pharmacist herself answered and her reason for not filling my prescription was they were busy with a fly clinic and could not get to it. I then asked if this flu clinic was three days long because that’s when I first called. She never apologized or said to me that she would be able to fill my prescription. I will never ever use this Westwood CVS nor will I recommend my family to use them.

The pharmacy here is seriously going downhill. The app is half-broken, prescriptions aren't ready when they are supposed to be, and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. So you have to drive over and wait on line every time you have a question or change that needs to be made. My insurance company called 10 times in a row and kept getting hung up on immediately, no call back. They were shocked at how terrible the customer service was- and that's coming from a health insurance company, not exactly superstars in customer service themselves. It's impossible for my doctor to call in a prescription because they don't answer the phone even for that, and apparently don't listen or respond to their voicemails either? I'm not sure exactly how their communication system is designed, but it's clearly NOT WORKING. They'll keep you running in circles and wasting hours of time, which in 2023 is absolutely unacceptable. They need a major overhaul, and fast.

Terrible customer service, especially at the pharmacy. This place wasn’t exactly knocking it out of the park, but today’s miserable service was an order of magnitude worse. Between the “order ready for pickup” text and my arrival, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed mid-day and no one able to give any indication on how to get my script. They can’t even be bothered to answer the phone! And in this case, it is post-operative meds and my dose is due - I am now literally suffering at the hands of their incompetence. Boo!

Between the "order ready for pickup" text and my arrival, the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed and no one able to give any indication on how to get my script. They can't even be bothered to answer the phone! And in this case, it was post-operative pain meds and my first home dose was due - I was literally suffering at the hands of their incompetence. Boo!

I wish I could give less than 1 star! I stopped going to this CVS because the service in the pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I got a prescription for my husband which he didn't need and went to return it, I didn't have the original receipt just proof from my bank showing that I made the purchase! I asked to speak to a Manager and the head pharmacist walked away in the middle of our conversation! So much for professionalism and customer service it's definitely not required to work there! I'm just counting down the days until this store goes out of business! Someone from corporate really needs to address this! I switched all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy they won't get another cent from me! You need to do better!!
