Let’s call it “world’s least convenient bank”. They are servicing our mortgage, and unlike pretty much every other bank, I can’t make online payments on their website. So I have to run there every month to drop off a check. No drop box, got to be there in person. Too bad they only have a few locations in New Jersey, while I have to rush there from Connecticut. They have ridiculous branch hours and close at 4 every day - “due to virus”, as a sign still says on the door. Then I get there at 3:59 and the door is locked. They see me outside, and they still didn’t let me in to drop off my check.
