“I absolutely adore this place!I am not from the area, and was there for my partner’s job training. I was looking for something to do to pass time, and am so glad I discovered this shop!The staff is so knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly to customers, and the pets and children that accompany them!I was in there for a long while browsing with my toddler, and I was not rushed at all. They had such a wide variety of beautiful handmade jewelry as well as crystals.When I asked for a specific item, they were able to find one perfect for me! A beautiful little amethyst unicorn!They went above and beyond, even offering recommendations for a local ice cream shop I could go to with my little one. They even recognized me from their Instagram followers!The Gem Mine is a treasure trove of unique finds, and the staff is just out of this world. “I’ve heard of this shop and have always wanted to stop in but it’s out of my way and I decided after some time that tonight I would, the owner and I were chatting like we’ve known each other for so long. Sometimes I find these kind of shops to be stand off ish or kinda pressure you to find something etc. I believe her name is Marie, you can tell she knows how to run her place and she enjoys it. I had so much fun even though I walked out with only 2 pair of earrings but I most definitely will be back :)”
