It was a pleasant shopping experience for me and my wife. Omar was the salesperson that helped us. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of mattress and tried to satisfy our needs. This was our first visit to the store and we walked out after making a purchase within 40 minutes.

Super easy experience with Joe D as my salesman. Just to note, most days of the week he is at their Rt 17 location.I walked into the store, told Joe about my bad back, he asked me a couple of questions, and we were off to the races.I knew the first mattress he showed me hit the mark. He still showed me two more different types just for an idea, which I appreciated. He in no way rushed me.Made the purchase, set up the delivery, and now I’m headed home.Now I look forward to some great sleep.Thanks Joe!

We had a fantastic experience at MattressFirm in Westwood. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Peter. Peter has the most wonderful, fun and engaging personality, not to mention he knows just about everything that MattressFirm sells. He asked great questions and zeroed in quickly on exactly what we wanted and needed. We’re almost 3 months with our new mattress now, and I can’t say enough fabulous things about it. Peter helped us to make the best decisions for us, and we will be forever (or at least until we need new mattress) grateful for his wise, practical and much needed advice. Peter is a real treasure, and we will continue to be loyal customers of MattressFirm (about 40 years to date).

Had a great experience. We’ve bought all our recent mattresses from this location. (Westwood) Seamus was a very helpful and caring sales rep. Wanted the very best for us for our newly college grads first apartment and limited budget. Made all the warranty and return policies very clear. Store is clean and easy to navigate. Would purchase again here!
