“I had a great experience. I needed a storage unit immediately when I called that very day. I was surprised it was no problem. Later in the day, after 5 pm when the office was closed, I frantically needed a second storage unit because of the overflow the items that I had picked up. Chris Spallone, property manager at the front desk, came back to the office from his home to accommodate my needs. I felt terrible but also amazed how Chris went the full mile to help me. Also, the facility is very clean. I highly recommend The Lock Up! Great experience!!”
