Seamless move in. Front desk was efficient and courteous. I was shown the unit before signing the contract. Place is clean and I appreciate the security system set in the place.

I had a great experience. I needed a storage unit immediately when I called that very day. I was surprised it was no problem. Later in the day, after 5 pm when the office was closed, I frantically needed a second storage unit because of the overflow the items that I had picked up. Chris Spallone, property manager at the front desk, came back to the office from his home to accommodate my needs. I felt terrible but also amazed how Chris went the full mile to help me. Also, the facility is very clean. I highly recommend The Lock Up! Great experience!!

I cannot remember the last time I used a self storage facility but Debbie at the Westwood, NJ location was so genuine, knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything and provided a brief tour of the facility. The facility is large but not so large that you feel like you're walking a mile long corridor. IMPORTANT FEATURES: (1)They have a garage to pull into to unload your items for storage which is great if it's snowing or raining out. (2) They have a moving truck although small, it is very convenient for those needing less trips to take personal items to the storage. (3) They have moving carts. What storage facilities have these options....? Registration was a breeze. Prices are also reasonable and give a sense of value.

Really enjoyed the service here. My family and I used Lock Up when we were renovating our home and living in an apartment temporarily. The place is always accessible, clean, well-lit and safe. Could not recommend this place more. Great employees too!
