“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”

“Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

I went to King crash and they handled the whole situation so professionally it was so hassle free as well. They dealt with the insurance. They helped me with the rental car and they did a wonderful job on my car. I’m so pleased and so happy I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area and I give this company five stars. Bergen Brookside, yup, these people are amazing. They helped me from start to finish, dealt with the people from insurance, handled the rental and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Route 303 Auto Body. They are located 54 miles away (there are dozens of closer auto body repair shops). Rt. 303 was recommended & certified by the Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls dealership. Katherine Lee, my daughter, was driving her son to school, stopped in traffic, and was hit from behind at high speed by a driver claiming his vision was obstructed by the morning sun.
Her 2019 M-B C300 sustained severe damage, including the electronics system. The car took a little longer than expected, but it was understandable because Rt 303 uses M-B factory parts. Steve, the Operations Manager, was great to work with; he’s very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the car was ready when he said it would be. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company.
When we went to pick up the car, my daughter and I were speechless! The car looked better than when it rolled out of the dealership. Their hard/professional work exceeded all of our expectations. Steve and the entire Route 303 Auto Body Team are 5-Star performers, their workmanship is truly a work of art, and that is why we call them the “Rembrants” of Mercedes-Benz Auto Body Repair!

“Best tow experience I've ever had. Ray is the man!! Super friendly guy and his level of professionalism is bar none. He was challenged with a shut down Sierra 1500 in a very tight spot for a long flat bed to maneuver out of. His experience and skill was definitely proven. Normally, drivers would be cranky when facing obstacles like this but he was optimistic and positive. That's exactly what you want to see when your brand new $75k truck has to be towed back to the dealership. Hope this sums it up for anyone looking for a company that knows what they're doing.
