“Chrysler replaced my transmission twice. When it broke the third time, I brought it to Barrett. Rich called me at the end of everyday giving me updates. He even stayed late one night to get it done becauce we were without a car for 2 weeks waiting for chrysler. Chrysler has still not returned any of our calls.
Rich is honest and informative.

So they installed one catalytic coverter on my car and told me to keep a spare when my new one gets stolen again. I could not be any happier!”
